Bruno Fernandes has revealed why he would have loved to team up with Man Utd legend Wayne Rooney ❤️
In a BBC interview with Rooney, the Portuguese superstar listed two main reasons the pair would've linked up so well at Old Trafford 👏
Bruno said: 🗣️ “First of all, everyone knows about your hard work off the ball. People might think ‘Ah, too offensive,’ but when you have players who can defend as well as attack, like you did, we wouldn’t have any problems doing that ‘dirty side’ of the game.
“On the ball, the way you make those runs behind, I really like that. You need players who can make the pass and with you by my side, or one ahead or one behind, we’d both be in one-v-one situations with the keeper more often.”
The Portuguese star then admitted: 🗣️“It would have been a privilege to play with you. I’ve watched you many times and it would’ve been amazing to share a pitch with you.” ❤️
