This 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐭 was inspired by the very talented . For those who don’t know her, she is the author of The Soulful Baker and creates the most beautiful tarts and pies 🥧

Admittedly not the quickest dish to whip up, but all the delicate work in making the apple roses pays off when you present this gorgeous tart to your friends or family - talk about wow-factor! The little pastry leaves are of course optional, but adds a little hint of autumn which I love.

𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲
A dessert mash-up you need to try! Take the spiced apples and crunchy crumble topping of an apple crumble. Now add in the rich creaminess of a vanilla cheesecake. The result is a spectacular showstopper of a dessert 🤩.
As if eating two desserts in one go wasn’t decadent enough, the addition of a salted caramel sauce takes this to the next level of indulgence!

This 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗹 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝘀𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 has a crispy crust on top, a moist sponge pudding, and a layer of delicious apple chunks smothered in a gooey caramel sauce underneath. Add a scoop of good quality vanilla ice cream and you have yourself the ultimate comfort food!

𝑴𝒊𝒏𝒊 𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒕 𝑨𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑪𝒊𝒏𝒏𝒂𝒎𝒐𝒏 𝑪𝒓𝒖𝒎𝒃𝒍𝒆𝒔: one of all my all-time faves! This recipe can also be baked in 1 large dish but how cute are these little skillets?!

𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐏𝐢𝐞 - a delicious twist on a classic made with Top Red apples - I love their super-sweet taste and juicy flesh! The addition of brown sugar and a blend of fragrant spices enhances the apple flavour beautifully. A crisp, buttery pastry base and lightly caramelised meringue topping round off this pie perfectlycaramelised meringue topping round off this pie perfectly 🍎

PS. If it’s a more tart taste you’re after, then Granny Smith apples would work fantastically in this recipe too 🍏

It’s almost Apple Pie Day so I’m sharing my 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐢𝐞 recipe!

A perfect apple pie has a crisp, flaky pastry. This is surprisingly easy to achieve if you follow a couple of basic rules - keep your ingredients as cold as possible, and don’t overwork the dough.
As for the filling, I used Golden Delicious apples, as I love the crisp flesh and sweet-tangy flavour, plus they’re available all year round. Granny Smith apples work really well too, especially if you enjoy a more tart flavour.
