A few days ago, in a motion to foster , 10 pupils from Calling Education did a half-day company visit at Stellies. 🎓

At our brand new HQ, we got to show them some of the vast aspects of running a business and manufacturing in . 🇿🇦 From inventory management through to design, planning and finance…📈 The magic came to life during the store visits where they got to see what it’s like interacting with the public and all the behind-the-scenes requirements of managing a store successfully! 🛍️

From staff discussions afterwards, it became apparent that the visit from the Academy blessed us as much as it hopefully did them, if not more. 🙏

Our soccer gents, part of training4changeS, has recently embarked on a fund-raising initiative to help this amazing NPO, in partnership with the Called to Impact program at school.

This photo captures the moment after they shared some gratitude and handed some of the funds raised, to the co-founder and director of training4changeS.

Daniel Tomay (Co-founder and director of training4changeS) shared the following: "This is beautiful; it is not about the amount of money that the boys have raised, but the fact that Calling Academy and training4changeS can work together to help them look beyond themselves and take action as changemakers. It is inspiring to see these boys taking ownership and playing an active role in helping build something that will multiply impact for future generations in their communities and beyond."

We are so proud of our Calling-gents for stepping out in faith and embarking on this journey of becomming men of integrity, ready to serve their communities! We look up to your commitment and dedication in giving back and making a difference!

We are thankful to every athlete, volunteer and supporter of the Calling Cape Town Challenge. Thank you for helping us, make every effort to confirm our Calling!

Athletes were able to raise R2.3 million during a recent endurance challenge aimed at the Calling Education organisation, said Werner Cloete, chief executive officer (CEO) of Calling Education.

“Learners cheer on the athletes, take pictures with the athletes, even run up the mountain for a bit with the athletes to motivate the athletes to push through,” said Dewald Maré, a teacher at Calling Academy Stellenbosch who also participated in the challenge. “The vibe is amazing.”
