Brown Mogotsi, testifying before the Madlanga Commission, has made explosive allegations against KwaZulu-Natal Commissioner General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi and AmaZulu King Misizulu, claiming they were recruited by the American Crime Intelligence Agency (CIA). Mogotsi alleges the duo worked with the CIA to protect Israeli interests in South Africa, including a coal mine in Richards Bay, following South Africa's case against Israel at the International Court of Justice for Genocide in Gaza.

Mogotsi's testimony has sparked intense reactions, with calls for investigations into the allegations. The commission, led by retired Constitutional Court Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga, is probing corruption, political interference, and alleged improper relationships between state officials and business figures.

The South African government has yet to comment on Mogotsi's allegations, which have added to the ongoing controversy surrounding the Madlanga Commission's investigations.
