David Justice says Halle Berry proposed after only knowing him for 5 months.

He said YES, because he was in the moment and didn't want to hurt her feelings — despite "his heart not really being into it."

They married in the honeymoon phase and had a short lived marriage that didn’t last.

He filed for divorce, but the public “machine” painted him as the bad guy.

❗️David said the relationship didn't work because his relationship knowledge was too immature at the time. He expected Halle to be a traditional wife who cooked and cleaned — Meanwhile in reality Halle was always gone, flying all over the world being in the top movies.

So because Halle didn't cook or clean, in David's young mind, that didn't make her "motherly" — therefore he didn't want to have kids with her.

Now he knows there are other relationship dynamics, but at the time he was only desiring to model what he saw his mother do.

He says he and Halle actually never had any real marital problems other than the time they were out and about in Hollywood, when Holly saw a fellow actor and kissed him on the lips and later told David, "That's just what we do in California."

THERE WAS NO CHEATING.

A few months later David says he decided that Halle wasn't the woman he wanted to spend the rest of his life with.

In order to talk him into the marriage Halle told David that she wouldn't want any money from him if they got divorced.

So he's like "cool. let's part ways." He says at the time Halle didn't have any money and he was footing the bill for everything and had purchased both of their houses.

Instead of sticking to her agreement and parting amicably, David says the machine behind Halle started to put out stories about him having other women and cheating and making up lies about him in order to make Halle look good. (Same thing she did to Eric Benet with saying he had a sexual addiction)

David says after the divorce he let Halle bad mouth him, but he refused to utter one bad word about her, because his mother told him not to.

💔 Ultimately what hurt his feelings is the fact that another unnamed man hit Halle upside her head, causing her to lose hearing... - Halle let the world assume it was David - and never came out to say that it wasn't him.

The lesson?.

Some people will let the world believe a lie about you, because it benefits their image.

And Halle? It appears that all of these marriages were Halle playing chess, polishing up her public image.
