Keaton started his music career many years ago but adapted the Alias “Grimehouse” in 2012, since then he has received great recognition in a small space of time for his productions and gradually has been breaking the genre chain and developed his own unique style of bass music which has gained him a following of loyal bass lovers around the world. His Debut Album “Magnum Opus” launched on 1st March 2016 with an overwhelming response, sold out over a month BEFORE the release date.
Grimehouse has performed every major festival in the country, topped music charts and independently funded, produced and distributed his own Debut album.
Known for throwing away the need to be signed to specific labels and giving away most of his productions for free on his Soundcloud page, having his tracks featured live in the Beatport studios and hitting the Beatport and iTunes Top 100 charts in over 20 productions, the best is still yet to come!
This year, Grimehouse will take his full live show, “The Pit” on nationwide tours which will be a game changer in South African music with full live stage production, live performers, the biggest lighting rig in Africa and the loudest electronic bass music around, it will be the BIGGEST Solo Electronic Tour in Africa.

A woman of many talents, started out as ICAN, then made a duo Blush N Bass, which has headlined and opened for many acts, including Headlining festivals around South Africa and Africa.Her international status is on the benchmark of great success as doors have opened in Mykonos, Bristol Amsterdam and Belgium. She has graced many dance floors, alongside many great international artists, such as Betoko, Wehbba, Nakadia, AFFKT only to mention a few. Her recent travels have seen her headlining with Shlomi Aber and will soon return to Club Vaag. Originally from Bucharest, Romania, Vlad moved to SA at the age of 7 and was raised in Durban, where he performed in and produced for various Durban punk, metalcore & electrocore bands, before joining indie-folk band Asleep in Transit (AIT) on synth & guitar with sister Irinami in late 2011.

2011 to 2014 saw Vlad touring and performing with AIT at clubs and festivals around SA, supporting and performing alongside Daniel Bedingfield, The Parlotones, Johnny Clegg, Watershed, Elvis Blue, Die Heuwels Fantasties, Prime Circle, Wrestlerish, Farryl Purkiss, ISO, Spoek Mathambo, Desmond and the Tutus, Shortstraw, Beatenberg, Al-Bairre, The Plastics, Zebra & Giraffe and many more, most notably performing at Splashy Fen 2012 & 2013 (main stage), Ramfest Johannesburg 2013, Park Acoustics 2013, White Mountain 2012, Retrofest 2013, Knysna Rocks, and to an outdoor audience of over 5 000 people at the Durban Botanical Gardens with the Parlotones. Vlad went on to co-produce AIT’s second EP ‘Kaleidoscope,’ which was released in 2013, and the single ‘We Were Alright,’ released in 2015.

ØCEANS grew out of a desire to explore more dance-oriented electronic music, and in 2016, Vlad released ‘Low’, followed by ‘Fade Up’ and ‘Fiyah (feat. Lakota Silva)’ in 2017 & 2018 respectively, with ‘Fiyah’ reaching no. 1 on the 5fm Dance Chart for 3 consecutive weeks, and remaining in the station dance top ten and overall top 40 for approximately 3 months thereafter. Fiyah was released by German label PlasmaPool, and the accompanying music video has garnered over 8k views on Youtube to date.

2020 saw ØCEANS dive deep into the studio during the height of the pandemic, resulting in his new track and video Parallel Babe feat. Emma Van Heyn, which was also released by PlasmaPool in March 2021 to very positive reviews from SA radio, being playlisted on various SA stations including East Coast Radio, and was added to the Apple Music Future Dance Hits playlist, among others on release.
