CAPITAL SOUNDS We specialize in providing PA systems at major outdoor and indoor events. We specialise in Airshows and Racing events.

We provide commentary and sound systems for outside and indoor events throughout South Africa , Africa and, if needed, anywhere in the world. We also do sound for theatre shows and pageants.

As Airshows in SA are few and very far between we as a Top Broadcast Team are proud to be the Host Broadcaster for ERASA. Now this is truly next level. Over 400 of the finest endurance horses taking part in the iconic FAURESMITH 200. This week the 50 th of prestige event. We took two days to rig with a crew of nine. Working in the worst cold I have ever encountered. It was bitter and at times even raining. Last night we did the Gala Dinner where 500 invited guests were treated to the finest cuisine and outstanding entertainment. Thank you to Derek o Connor who introduced us into this incredible sport. It’s been many years now.
Our indoor and outdoor sound is massive.
Our thanks to Prosound who supply us with only the best equipment.
Our team showed how tough they are with high angle rigging in the bitter cold.
Each person is a specialist.

To all our very loyal followers in the North West Province. Please take note we will not be deploying to the show on Sat. Over the years we have built up a large following from both the University and the Millitary. Not forgetting the police there as well.
As for the Maputo International that has been postponed till later in the year. We won’t be going to KZN at the end of the month either.
Stay loyal stay strong we look forward to seeing you all at a show that we are doing in the future.

Today the country mourns the loss of yet another legendary broadcaster. Sadly our original Capital family is getter less by the day. One thing is for sure that the lads in heaven are going to really rock the airwaves. The best of the best all together.
I knew and often chatted to Darren. He loved aviation and whenever he could he would call. For me I was amazed as how he could do those famous double ups. Hear him on Ofm with the drive and next he is on another JHB based station. So much energy. His love for radio was incredible.
Did grate on TV as well.
Time to rest Darren. We now have the watch. God Bless you.
