SuperSport has sadly announced the passing of legendary sports commentator, presenter, and anchor Phumlani Msibi.
Born on 15 December 1967 in Durban, Phumlani Msibi died on Friday, 20 June 2025, after a short illness at the age of 57.

Phumlani wasn’t just a broadcaster — he was a storyteller he was a beloved figure in the football community.
