A few months back, Awisi Fe & I had a program at East Park Mall. We drove in separate cars because we each had different programs afterwards. But we started off from home together. All the way from home, I drove behind him & when we reached the T-junction to join great East Road, Awisi Fe delayed to join the main road....he kept on holding back. There wud be spaces for him to join, but he kept on holding back to the extent that the car behind us got impatient & started yelling & asking if awisi Fe bought his license😂.
But knowing my friend, I somehow understood what he was doing, the man didn't know that the reason y Awisi Fe was holding back was because he was waiting for a space in traffic big enough not just for him to join but also for me to join as well so that he doesn't leave me behind.
The man behind got upset, drove around us screaming bloody murder, joined the great East road & left us waiting until a few seconds later when there was room in traffic for both of us to join & we went on our merry way with me behind him until we reached our destination.

I've heard people say, "I don't know y those two r still together, or y is he/she still with him or her?"
A lot of times onlookers may not understand the paths u choose to take as a couple. They will see your marriage & pass judgements on issues they don't fully understand.
💚There r couples who seem like there is no connection between them yet they mean the world to each other.
🤍There r men who don't show off their love for their wives publicly yet those same men cud gladly take a bullet for their wives.
💚There r couples who publicly hurt each other in the past but now r doing their best in private to heal what they broke.
🤍There r homes were the man does most of the cooking,
💚There r homes were the wife makes more money & is the breadwinner,
🤍There r homes were the husband spends more time with the kids than the mom.
💚There r homes were the man doesn't do any chores.
🤍There r homes were the wife doesn't do any chores either.
As long as u both understand the path of your marriage, u will not be affected by the opinions or mockery of onlookers. Your marriage only needs to make sense to the two of u. Everyone else doesn't really matter.
🌼🌿To the man behind us, Awisi Fe was a foolish amateur driver, little did he know that awisi Fe was simply trying to find room for his wife.🌿🌼
As long as everything u do in your marriage is aimed at making room for your spouse to be close to u, nothing anyone else says matters....keep at it until u both reach your destination side by side.
