Understanding 5 sense organs SPIRITUALLY:

1) Just as your EYES can be OPENED DEEPLY and sharp in seeing unseen realm

(unseen realm = both heavenly & realms of hell)

2) Just as your EARS can be heavily sharp and tuned to hear the voice of God.

Clubbed with gift of 'distinguishing of spirits' (1 Corinthians 12), to decipher voices of Holy Spirit, Father God, Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
Also to know voices of serpent, jezebel, Leviathan, dragon, fallen angels and evil spirits.

A spiritually mature and discerned man can distinguish easily between voice of Holy Spirit and voice of serpent.

(ASCEND TO REALM wherein you must be able to discern the voice of serpent and the voice of Holy Spirit. It's not easy but with Holy Spirit's you can)

3) Just as your NOSE can smell demons and the presence of the evil in your surroundings or others residence.
Smelling the fragrance of Lord Jesus and the blood of Jesus.

4) Just as your MOUTH/Lips can be sharply tuned and delivered to utter the utterances of Holy Spirit without any interferences from the evil spirits

[many people are unaware that people's lips SPECIFICALLY needs deliverance cause many demons are hidden in their lips, (lodged in their lips - *mystery of deliverance) some demons remain dormant, some speak through the mouth of a believer/pastor. Yes, your lips, your vocals and your throats need deliverance especially if you're a prophet of the Lord or operating in the gift of prophecy]

5) YOUR PHYSICAL BODY/PHYSICAL SENSE OF TOUCH CAN BE SUPER SENSITIVE to Holy Spirit and can recognize the demonic entities

In my case by Lord's greater grace and by my utmost obedience to Him/to His Will,
He's blessed me with super sensitive 5 sense organs in the Spirit realm
