Let me guide you with a brief explanation about adherence,
Adherence means taking your ARVs consistently with the right dose at the correct time as advised by the health care provider. It include keeping clinical and pharmacy appointments. Taking ARVs correctly and consistently helps the medicine to work more effectively by suppressing or making the virus to go to sleep to levels where the virus will not be detected and transmissible. One can consider setting reminders for taking your ARVs at the correct time and also to remind you of appointment".
