FUELING THE WARRIOR: when I was training with the Mulungushi Karate Club Shotokan Do team at Mulungushi University, the training was a little bit tense and it reminded me of the importance of the need to fueling and refueling and how all systems connect to form the warrior a person can be..

A fighter who trains on an empty tank cannot last. The digestive system is the body’s kitchen, breaking down food into energy.. carbohydrates for quick strikes, proteins for rebuilding muscles, fats for endurance. In karate, poor fuel means poor performance; in life, poor nutrition means weakened immunity, stunted growth, and reproductive challenges. Just as we choose techniques wisely in kata, we must choose what we eat wisely for long-term strength. The body is a temple, and the digestive system is its fire.. feed it well, and it will never fail you.. ossu πŸ™πŸΌπŸ₯‹
