Navigating Complex human and international relationships through dialogue, tact and compromise rather than conflict. Thatโ€™s what diplomacy is, but I allow me to define Diplomacy as the art of showing up precisely to mitigate situations in favour of state, interest, firm and Self.

Pursuant Act No 2 of 2016 (Amendment) of the Constitution of Zambia. Talks about Zambia being a sovereign date and governance in narrative of how diplomacy is upheld down to patriotism. Such still trickles down in day to day interactions and organization.

THE SPIRIT OF ABSALOM IN MINISTRY

One of the most dangerous spirits to ever enter a ministry is the spirit of Absalom.

Absalom did not begin as a rebel; he began as an offended son. Instead of seeking healing, he nurtured bitterness. Instead of honouring authority, he secretly undermined it.

Traits of an Absalom spirit:

Wins people's hearts through manipulation rather than genuine service.

Publicly appears loyal while privately sowing seeds of division.

Uses charm, charisma, and relationships to build a personal following.

Feeds on offence and unresolved hurt.

Criticizes leadership without carrying its burdens.

Creates factions and camps within the church.

Seeks position and recognition more than God's purpose.

Operates through gossip, whispers, and secret conversations.

Makes people believe they care more than the appointed leadership.

Absalom stood at the gate and stole the hearts of the people before he attempted to steal the throne (2 Samuel 15:6).

May God deliver us from the spirit of offence, pride, and rebellion. Let us remain humble, loyal, and submitted to God's order, knowing that promotion comes from the Lord.
