ATTENTION ALL TRANSPORTERS & TRUCK DRIVERS

There’s a new (and recurring) scam making rounds again, especially on the Copperbelt and other provinces in Zambia where there are NO weighbridges.

Here’s how it works:

Scammers call transport companies pretending to be from the RDA mobile weighbridge department. They claim that a specific truck from your company has run away from a mobile weighbridge. They then demand an immediate payment of $2,000 (or kwacha equivalent) as a fine or bribe.

Their threats?
👉 “Pay up, or we will block your truck in the system.”

How they get your details:
They take photos of trucks (yours or others) to capture the license plate and the company contact number.

The reality:

· Running away from a weighbridge in Zambia DOES carry a $2,000 fine.
· But these callers are NOT from RDA.
· This scam has been going on for YEARS in Zambia, and many local and international transit companies have already lost money.

To date, RDA has NOT issued any public statement addressing these scammers.

Please SHARE this with every fleet manager, driver, and transport office you know. Verify first. Pay nothing over the phone.

Stay alert. Stay safe. Don’t be the next victim.

When Love Turns Into Control

A marriage doesn’t break all at once—it slowly weakens when love is replaced by control. It shows up in small ways: correcting how your spouse talks, shaping how they think, deciding what is “right” for them, and expecting quiet compliance in the name of peace.

But control is not love—it is fear wearing the mask of order.

The moment one spouse begins to reshape the other, the relationship shifts. One becomes dominant, the other diminished. Individuality fades. Respect weakens. And what once felt like partnership begins to feel like pressure.

God never designed marriage for domination. He designed it for unity without losing identity. Two complete individuals, not one controlling the other.

“Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you…” — Romans 15:7

Real love does not force alignment—it creates space. It does not demand sameness—it honors difference. It does not silence—it listens.

A strong marriage is not built on control, but on acceptance, understanding, and mutual respect. When both spouses feel free to be fully themselves, love grows deeper, not weaker.

Control suffocates love.
Acceptance sustains it.

Choose wisely.

Choosing a wife or husband is a very important life decision. Many people talk about “cardinal steps” or key principles that help singles choose a good life partner. Here are some important ones to consider:
1. Shared Values and Beliefs ❤️
Make sure you both have similar values about life, such as family, faith, honesty, and responsibilities. When values match, it becomes easier to make decisions together.
2. Good Character and Integrity
Look for someone who is honest, respectful, responsible, and kind. Character is more important than beauty, money, or status because it affects how the person treats you in the long term.
3. Emotional Maturity 🧠
A good partner should be able to control their emotions, communicate well, and handle conflict calmly. Marriage requires patience and understanding.
4. Communication Skills 💬
You should be able to talk openly and honestly with each other about problems, goals, and feelings without fear.
5. Mutual Respect 🤝
Respect for each other’s opinions, family, work, and dreams is essential for a healthy relationship.
6. Compatibility
This includes personality, lifestyle, interests, and goals for the future (children, career, where to live, etc.).
7. Physical and Emotional Attraction
While character matters most, there should still be mutual attraction and affection so that both partners feel loved and valued.
8. Financial Responsibility 💰
A potential spouse should show good financial habits, responsibility, and willingness to plan for the future together.
9. Family Background and Influence
Understanding the family environment and upbringing of your partner can help you see how they may behave in marriage.
10. Prayer, Reflection, or Wise Advice 🙏
Many people find it helpful to pray, reflect deeply, and seek advice from parents, mentors, or counselors before making the final decision.
✅ Simple principle:
Choose someone who helps you grow, respects you, and shares a vision for the future. Most of pray for that partner to come and stay in your Life.

Listen up, men! The only time many men see the good-looking version of their wives is on social media updates or at public events.

At home they keep their hair dishevelled, rarely bathe or brush their teeth, and use bad breath and body odoμr to nearly ki|| the man of the house. They tie old wrappers, lie on the couch like logs of wood, eat anything that comes near, thereby letting their stomachs become flabby. Every few minutes they're scratching some part of their body like people with s¢abies. Total untidiness.

But the moment it's time to snap for the gram or step out, they suddenly take a nice shower, wear good perfume and roll-on, make-up properly, make their hair neat, wear waist trainers and tummy trimmers to hide the flab, and dress to kill. Best version for strangers, worst version for the man who committed to them.

Then they wonder why the man checks out. They become too complacent, unwilling to put in effort.

If the man complains, they gas|ight him, accμse him of being inconsiderate, and bring up pregnancy, childbirth, hormoπes as excuses. But none of those things stop them from looking sharp for outsiders who don't even care about them half as much.

Same playbook after divorce, suddenly the "hormones and pregnancy" talk disappears. They make lifestyle changes, hit the gym, watch their weight, dress up to attract new suitors. So where did the excuses go? It means it was always possible to look good regardless of those factors. Wow! So you knew exactly what you were doing all along.

If you can look good for outsiders and post-divorce suitors, then you have no reason not to do the same for your husband. We're not babies. It's just that many women hæte to take b|ame for anything, they'd rather deflect to external factors, gas|ight, quarrel, and b|ame marriage than do the right thing.
