Meeting new people and networking is one of the strongest super power that most creatives overlook,
-The knowledge
-Shared experiences
-integrity
To mention but a few,
I had a one on one conversation with Gastonkopala Operations Manager 187 and it was so so insightful to learn so much from a selfless, humble man, one important question i asked him was how they are able to maintain Chef 187 and the entire brand at large without any drama, rumours or scandals. I have never heard anyone say anything negative about them but they’re also human beings who are bound to error and live for correction.. I don’t mean they’re perfect in their deeds but its how they handle every issue either big or small
And if this was the case for so many brands I believe we would have less drama on social media and more creativity instead..
-He said you need to respect the brand
- Believe in your abilities
- Seek advice or guidance whenever necessary
-No one is perfect
-Give yourself time, Gods time is the best
- Remember that it is a business and a business has to grow so keep reinvesting
- Set achievable goals
-Never forget God🙌❤️
