Bootcamps are not the problem

I just noticed that some people love to say that coding bootcamps are useless. That sounds smart, but it is not the full truth.

Bootcamps are not magic. They will not turn you into a senior developer in 3 months. That is where most people get it wrong.

A bootcamp can teach you the basics. It can show you how to build things. It can give you direction. But it cannot do the hard work for you.

Many people join with the wrong expectation. They think once they finish, jobs will come easily. When that does not happen, they blame the bootcamp.

The real problem is expectation, not the bootcamp.

If you keep learning, build real projects, and stay consistent, a bootcamp can be a strong starting point. Not the finish line.
