Shortly after conducting a tour and assessment of Kamfinsa Constituency in Kitwe, the Implementors team held an evening engagement with Mr. HAPPY MAMPA.

The UPND Luapula Vice Chairperson in charge of Mobilisation who is also Bangweulu shadow MP applauded and encouraged the Implementors Team for the _Objectivity Consistency Hard work and Growth

We assured him of our _steady determination_ and _fair coverage_ even as we approach the August Elections.

We were pleased with Mobilisation Activities that Mr. Sakala and the Structures are undertaking across Matero.

More importantly, his words that he prioritises the Presidential Votes in Matero indicate that he has a good focus ahead of the August Elections.

Finally, we promised to supplement his works in Matero by intensifying our publicity of his works.

This morning, we paid a courtesy call on the _Permanent Secretary_ - Public Service Management Division ( PSMD), Mrs. LOUIS MULUBE

We exchanged matters relating to the Placement and Promotion of the Human Resource in the Public Sector. Since 2021 we have had many issues in relation to the Human Resource hence today 's interaction helped us with raising numerous issues .

In acknowledging our visit, the PS indicated that her doors are open, Tuesdays and Thursdays have been set to attend to the Public concerns.

Meanwhile, we continue to interact with different Government and Party Officials in our quest to contribute to the governance of our lovely Country.

YOUTH WEEK UPDATE

BIG SCREENS TO BE MOUNTED IN ALL PROVINCIAL CAPITALS FOR YOUTH INDABA – NKANDU

Youth across the country will have a unique opportunity to directly interact with the President during this year’s Youth Indaba.

This afternoon, the Implementors Team Director held an interview with the Minister of Youth, Sport and Arts, Elvis Nkandu, discussing activities lined up for Youth Week leading to Youth Day

According to the Minister, this year’s Youth Indaba, scheduled for Friday, 6th March 2026, will be different from previous editions.

“We shall mount big screens in every provincial capital on Youth Indaba Day. Youth who will not travel to Lusaka will still be able to follow the proceedings and interact with the President.”

The main event will take place at the Mulungushi International Conference Centre, where the President will engage young people.

Through the mounted screens, youths from across the provinces will also be given the opportunity to call in and interact directly with the President

Meanwhile, from 9th to 12th March, activities will shift to Solwezi, where the city is expected to come alive with several Youth Week events.

The Implementors Team wishes Hon. Nkandu, PS Kangwa, and the entire Ministry of Youth, Sport and Arts success as they deliver this year’s exciting youth-focused activities.

YOUTH WEEK UPDATE.

Lusaka - 4th March, 2026.

WE SHALL MOUNT BIG SCREENS PER PROVINCIAL CAPITAL ON INDABA DAY - NKANDU .

The Youth from all over the Provinces will be able to make direct calls as they interact with the President from Mulungushi Conference Centre.

This afternoon, the Implementors Team Director held an Interview with the Minister of Youth, Sport and Arts, HON. ELVIS NKANDU.

The interaction was based on the Youth Week and Activities lined up till Youth Day.

We picked one area of interest, among others as disclosed by the Minister:

" This year 's Youth Indaba scheduled for Friday, 6th March, 2026 is a unique one: We shall mount Big Screens per Provincial Capital on Youth Indaba Day. The Youth who will not travel to Lusaka will be given the opportunity to follow and interact with the President." They shall be allowed to interact with the President too via phone calls."

Meanwhile with effective 9th till 12th March, Solwezi will be full of Life as Activities shift there.

All the best Hon. Nkandu, PS Kangwa and the entire Ministry as you push for these excellent activities.

Last night together with our Luapula Implementors Team Coordinator, we had a fruiful interaction with UPND Nchelenge UPND Aspiring MP, Mr. LESLEY MULWANDA.

We were pleased with his disclosure that none is left behind in the Nchelenge Party Mobilisation as evidenced in the photos shared with us.

Moving forward, we shall be assigning a reporter to cover Mr. Mulwanda, just as we are doing with the other Candidate(s) we met.

Our doors remain open to ALL Aspiring Candidates who wish to work with us and mean well to our lovely Party, UPND.

It was wonderful interacting with such a brilliant young man with innovative ideas about developing Nchelenge and Luapula.

In our continued tour of Southern Province, we paid a courtesy call on the Deputy Permanent Secretary (DPS),Madam YOLANTA MUTYAMBE.

We shared various matters relating to Government. Furthermore, we touched on Party affairs

The DPS assured us that Southern Provincial Administration stands with President HH and continues to run Government affairs effectively even after the dissolution of Parliament.

Meanwhile we continue to interact with common man on the ground in Choma Central and Mbabala Constituencies.
