đźš— THE MAN WITH A CAR VS THE MAN WITH A HOUSE đźŹ
Brian and Felix were good friends back in college.
After graduation, life took them on different paths.
5 years later…
Brian finally bought himself a nice car — through a loan.
He drives to work every day, dresses sharp, smells good, and often posts motivational quotes with his car:
“Work hard. Stay focused. Success looks good on me.”
But what most people don’t know…
Behind the scenes, Brian is struggling.
Every month, his salary disappears fast:
✔️ Car loan repayment
✔️ Fuel
✔️ Rent
✔️ Food
✔️ Data bundles
✔️ Small debts here and there
At the end of each month, there’s almost nothing left to save.
He looks like he’s winning… but only from the outside.
Felix?
He chose a different route.
No pressure to buy a car.
Instead, he focused on slowly growing his small business.
Today, Felix doesn’t have a car… but he has something bigger:
âś… A house fully paid for
âś… No rent
âś… No landlord knocking
âś… No loan stress
He built this through patience, discipline, and business.
He still uses buses or walks sometimes, but every evening he returns to his own house — not a rented flat.
He's quietly saving for a car now… but with no pressure at all.
One afternoon, they met.
Brian pulled up in his car, music playing, windows down.
Felix arrived walking, carrying groceries.
People admired Brian’s car.
Nobody noticed Felix.
Little did they know…
Felix goes home to his own house, built from hard work.
Brian goes home to a rented flat, still owing money on his car.
That night…
Brian sat in his apartment, stressed over next month’s loan repayment.
Felix relaxed on his veranda, drinking tea in peace.
LESSON:
Not having a car doesn’t mean you are failing.
Not having a house doesn’t mean you are winning.
Everyone’s blessing comes at different times.
Drive yours when it’s your time.
Walk yours in peace until then.
Hustle wisely. Life is not a competition.
Like and share with someone struggling!
