I have been enjoying the Ginger Chai tea of late and now that summer is approaching I am thinking of ways I can enjoy it 'less hot' so I am trying out different recipes with it and so far ginger Chai infused biscuits or scones as most of us call them 😅 are a winner for me (check video in comments) . As soon as I perfect the recipe I will share it here.

Every week brings something new — a giggle that wasn’t there before, a tiny tooth breaking through, the way she now reaches for me when she’s sleepy. These little moments have become everything to me.
