*TERMINATION OF MOU BETWEEN FLY JAY'S PARENTS AND KYABU RECORDS*

Kyabu Records and the management of Fly Jay hereby announce the termination of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) effective immediately.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have failed to reach a consensus with Fly Jay regarding his career path and management structure. Fly Jay has expressed his desire to pursue his music career independently, and we respect his decision.

Despite our best efforts to convince him to continue working under our guidance, Fly Jay has chosen to part ways. We acknowledge that his decision is driven by his aspirations and goals, and we will always support his passion for music.

We appreciate the time Fly Jay spent with us and are grateful for the memories and experiences shared. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors and hope that he will achieve great success in his music career.
