I just graduated!.🎓🥳
This Leadership Training means so much to me than I actually thought the moment I glanced at the first concept of the first session. It has helped me to grow in ways I never thought I needed to know, it has helped me to learn that really leadership is more than just being a leader in front of people but rather it is required of me to unlearn bad habits including being a bad steward, poor time management, dishonesty (integrity), unwise behavior (wisdom).
Above all this training has helped me to realize that leadership does not guarantee that everyone should be leaders standing in-front to direct a multitude of people but is also portrayed in our personal lives in our characters, the way we manage time, the way we handle conflicts, the way we interact with others around and most important how do I relate with my family as true leadership begins at home , and just more, what image we portray to others even in our absence?.
Lastly I would like to appreciate the facilitators that helped to organize the training and ensure that everyone is able to participate in the training in a good and welcoming manner.
And I appreciate the founder of this training Doctor Alfred Kalebo for his vision that I and my colleagues have benefited from and for those who are yet to benefit in the near future.
