Africa can be great Africa can be built by Africans

Africa as a continent can only achieve transformation once approach, togetherness, focus, determination, political hygiene, personal interest, puppet ness/alignment towards imperialist and propaganda from both our current leaders and those who aspire to are in check at all cost.

How are you my fellow Africans,

Being a son of the soil and considering the fact that God has stopped creating lands,it is within ourselves to take care of our land jealously.Having convinced that I'm part of this agenda, I have decided to contribute in one way to the greatness of our continent (Africa) by reminding our leaders in government and those aspire to lead in the future.

I wish to address you over the following factors that I feel our leaders should improve on or prioritize for us to be great as a continent and these are
1.Governance system (abuse of three 3 arms government).
2.National budget
3.Opposition parties

1.GOVERNANCE SYSTEM;
Colleagues, from the little knowledge I have over the three arms of government is that these three arms work independently and this is what is documented in our supreme law of each and every country within the continent.Over time,the government in power contradict with what is written in our supreme law regarding to this(arms of government)now one can ask a question,is those in power are there to represent their citizens or not?... After having time to reflect on this one, I have come to find that the reasons for this abuse to the three arms of government are being fueled by self centered individuals in government who their interest is to think of themselves and small groups called families and friends.In other way, arms of government have been abused in the manner that those in government they prefer to use them against opposition members instead of sticking to it's specifications which is enshrined in the supreme law of the land.They prefer to block the oppositions so that they hold on to the power even when their work rate is below the standard and this is where the down fall of many African countries economically and politically start from.Speaking about this subject, allow me to share my observation on Judiciary, Executive and Legislature staffs.According to the supreme law of the land these people are appointees who are being appointed by the president hence they are subjected to be loyal which is good.Talking about loyalty, this is where being compromised comes in the sense that both the president and the appointees they do misuse the the word loyalty.Appointees are no longer using their professional to execute their mandate diligently because of the external pressure they do receive from the office that placed them in those offices they have occupied and saying no to it can attract their removal from their offices which is their most fear.After seen this gap in all democratic countries within the continent, I have a suggestion that if the government is allowed to make amendment and was once the victim of this factor(Three arms of government) during their time in opposition,why can't government amend this law of appointing the staffs into civil service?...if the government always give blind eye to it, does it mean that they believe in vengeance?..if yes,whom are we waiting to put stop to this?...In other way it is one way of protecting their job in case there is a change of government unlike the current situation whereby staffs loose job after change of government as they are being considered to be partisan.

NATIONAL BUDGET;
Colleagues, I wish to find out from the governments within the continent as why whenever the government making budget presentations there always a certain percentages that is expected to come from outsiders and the worst part is those outsiders are not countries within the continent but out side the continent..my first question is that ,are you suggesting that we don't have the capacity at both country and continent level?.....or do African countries contribute to their budgets as well?...if not, how do you rate your leadership qualities?... Let's assume certain countries agree to come to your aid in budget preparation and in the process they to fulfill due circumstances, what will be our survival?.. Remember we are talking about making Africa great,if all long countries within the continent have not been working together regardless of the effort of the likes of Kwame Nkrumah, Gaddafi,Kaunda,Nyelele, Lumumba and others why is it so difficult to come together and work together since we have everything to make Africa great?...Are we not ashamed of ourselves to be imposing prices of our minerals by people who have non?... Are we not ashamed of ourselves to see our brothers and sisters refusing to return to their countries of origin?..with the current affairs I mean politically and economically, what message are we leaving to the generation to come?... When are we going to start presenting budget using our own?...At some point,do we really thinking of getting out of the shackles of debts from IMF and others?...Do we realize that Africa can only be great once we prioritize national interest over personal?...my able leaders across kindly you owe us an apology and it is only going to be acceptable from the time you're going to start act according to our expectations.

OPPOSITION PARTIES
Our leaders do you know your roles of being opposition?..I think it's an obvious now allow me to talk about checks and balances to the government.We understand the fact that some countries are democratic and some are not but at this point in time let me dwell much into democratic countries because these are countries where opposition parties are racing to take over the number of churches in Africa.In as much as we enjoy our democracy by forming political parties at your will,are you putting government in check in good faith or it's out of malice so that you can gain political mileage?
If at all you want to contribute positively to the national interest,why can't we have two political parties in each country I mean the rulling party and opposition party for the sake of good checks and balances?... This time opposite is the case opposition parties are waiting for the government to make errors so that they gain political mileage which is a deservice.If really you opposition parties your agenda is for the best of the country,what is so difficult to be in one party for the sake of idea sharing?...with me I have come to conclude that you don't mean well for us your priorities is just to have a record of being a president and enrich your pockets and families.You can only prove me wrong once you come together unlike this drama we are witnessing.Dont forget we expect a lot from you than what you're exhibiting and it's pointless to defend yourselves by saying that you have different idiology or manisfeto as the roles of a leader is well known which is improving the wellbeing of their people in all areas.

CONCLUSION;
My able leaders our interest is to see you improving our standard of living and sharing national cake ๐ŸŽ‚ over your personal interest as only individuals will benefit from personal interest.And for God's sake we do not force you instead you
ask us to trust you by giving you the mandate so it's not a game of kneeing to you.
