KITWË DEPUTY HEAD TEACHER FLAWLESSLY BUTTERED BY GRADE 12 PUPIL OVER GIRL
A named deputy head teacher in Kitwe District of the Copperbelt was today beaten to a pulp by a grade 12 pupil after he discovered that he had been getting close to his girlfriend.
According to information available, the deputy head teacher in question yesterday requested to see the girl who has only been identified as Tapiwa, however, this did not settle well with the boyfriend who had been noticing him being all over the girl since last year.
The boy has been controlling himself and severally asked the girl to stop associating with the deputy or else he would beat him.
Today, the boy was in the corner of the class when the deputy's figure appeared in the door way. Back benchers were already whispering the name of the girl, Tapiwa and for sure the middle aged man called out Tapiwa driving the class insane.
Noise engulfed the classroom. Tapiwa failed to stand up. The deputy was out words and continued looking at the pupils. "Tapiwa, the deputy is calling you," one of the boys chorused lowly.
"I need the list of pupils who have not reported yet," the deputy said and turned leaving the class.
He only made two steps, the third step was his forehead hitting the ground. It was Tapiwa's boyfriend with a foot sweep. Before the deputy could come back to his feet, punches followed.
The deputy tried to fight back but his efforts were a tea spoon of sugar in the Kariba. The boy continued to hit him until his friends pulled him away.
The deputy's frog like nose had its nostrils united in matrimony. Blood was oozing out. His body frame and the beating from a school boy has surprised many.
Meanwhile, the boy reportedly jumped over the fence after the matter came to the attention of members of staff. Staff members were ready to take the deputy to the hospital but he refused and remained locked up in his office.
