Isaiah 6:3
“And they were calling to one another: ‘Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty; the whole earth is full of His glory.’”
When the prophet Isaiah saw this heavenly vision, he saw angels standing before God’s throne. They called out to one another, saying, “Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty.”
The angels were declaring that God is completely pure, perfect, and greater than anything in all creation. They repeated the word “holy” three times to show the greatness and unmatched glory of God.
Then they said, “The whole earth is full of His glory.” This means God’s presence, power, and greatness can be seen throughout the world. Everything He has created shows that He is worthy of praise.
This vision teaches us that God deserves honor and worship, just as the angels worship Him in heaven.
