I had the honour of visiting the *Kabushi Constituency Main Board* , where I engaged with our dedicated leaders and members. During our interaction, we shared ideas, encouraged one another, and reaffirmed our commitment to work even harder as we prepare for the *2026 General Elections* .

Our main goal is clear — to mobilize and secure a resounding victory for our *Republican President, Mr. Hakainde Hichilema* . As leaders on the ground, we must take ownership of this mission and ensure every ward, branch, and constituency is active, united, and energized.

*As Women District Coordinator* , I have taken the initiative to *visit and service branches* across the district. This is not just a routine exercise, but a deliberate effort to ensure we remain connected, organized, and prepared. It's only by engaging with our *grassroots structures* that we can truly assess our strengths and weaknesses — and improve where necessary.

Let us all stay focused and united. Together, we will deliver the votes, and together, we will continue building a better Zambia.

NDOLA ASPIRING MAYOR DOCUS MUSUKWA WAS JOYOUSLY WELCOMED IN TWASHUKA WARD

The 2026 incoming Mayor Mrs Dorcas K Musukwa received a thunderous welcome yesterday when She visited Twashuka Ward of Bwana-Mkubwa Constituency.
In a Ward lacking a UPND Councilor, a Constituency lacking UPND Member of Parliament & a District with an opposition Mayor, Mrs Musukwa has stepped in to mitigate the shortage of the ruling party Civic Leaders as She continues with Her usual custom of serving the community even before being ushered into office.
Accompanied by the Constituency Women's Chairperson, Mrs Musukwa reaffirmed Her position of improving the livelihoods of people through Women & Youth empowerment and Skills development across the board. Walking steadily in the footsteps of President Hakainde Hichilema and implementing the UPND Policies, She encouraged the Women not to relent but hold on to the Party and warned that akabwelelanuma kalalya.
Mrs Musukwa further handed over a number of Wrappers (chitenge materials) to the Women's Chairperson, and in Her generous style, She promised to organize ZITF tickets for the Women to enable them attend the ongoing Trade fair. As if that wasn't enough, She also promised to provide transport and Logistics to and from the trade Fair for the Twashuka Ward Women.
Dances, praises and ululations erupted from the Women adorned in UPND regalia, singing songs of praise thanking Dr Hakainde Hichilema for delivering them through Mrs Dorcas K Musukwa.
The Twashuka Ward Women also Comprising UPND Choir thanked Mrs Musukwa who managed to meet them despite Her tight Mobilisation schedule across the District, they thanked Her for meeting their Civic and Community needs encouraging Her to continue as She had their blessing.

WHAT ARE THE IMPORTANCE OF HAVING YOUNG AND VIBRANT MAYOR IN KITWE DISTRICT?

Tonight we reflect and discuss why Kitwe District need to have young MwineMushi as a Mayor.

(1) This is the most important reason:A young youth knows how much Youths and Women suffer mostly in our livelihood hence our Youth and women Empowerment tune will be at high Caliber having known that youths are able to help and to save their families. And the community at large* MAZIMBA CHAMBALA* will definitely end the poverty of the people of Nkana constituency, Kwacha constituency, , Chimwemwe constituency Kamfinsa constituency etc here in kitwe District.
(2) Making sure that Water reach in those areas where in needs.
(3) Ensuring every citizen counts.
(4) Empowering every projects of the city.
(5) Increasing Civic leadership Salaries.
(6) Helping the party UPND growth in all angles of kitwe district.
