George Masimba Lukwanda (Boolean) a computer engineer, the President and CEO for Recording Firm. The studio name was derived from the names of Mr. Masimba himself and an inspiration from Mr. (Pharii Ziima)
A basic home recording studio was opened at Mayadi Compound (Mr. Masimba’s premises) where local recording has been taking place since 2010. The current activities include, promoting potential music talent and choreography. Zimaboolean is an independent studio that will stand as a platform for capacity building as well as promotion of the art among youths, thereby enhancing their wellbeing. It was recently registered with Pacra as a Social Enterprise in order to make the project an income generating entity with a social dimension that will empower more youths to economically benefit from the music industry as a prospect for employment. The business has procured a PA system and simple recording equipment that it will rent out to social events and do some performances. How different will it be to all the other products/services in the market? Our music shall be locally produced with a registered trade name and considerate of the local market. It shall be the first ever one stop studio in the district providing various recording services both indoor and outdoor. How many products or services do you intend to sell at that price in a month?
