In a post that has sparked intense online buzz, Kabwe-based videographer and Director XO has voiced his deep frustration with local artists for failing to seize opportunities meant to uplift the province’s creative industry.
“All the bookings I’ve secured are artists from Lusaka,” XO revealed, “This is dangerous for our province entertainment-wise.”
At the center of his disappointment is a K1000 Visual Promo campaign an affordable chance for upcoming artists to get professional music videos and promotional content. Ironically, instead of Kabwe artists grabbing the slots, it's Lusaka talents who are flooding in to take advantage.
“Mwafilwa,” he continued, “Only one slot remaining before we close.”
