PRAY FOR YOUR PASTOR 🙏
🩸 BLEEDING FROM THE PULPIT
Some pastors are preaching FIRE while bleeding quietly inside.😭😭
The mic is LOUD,
The sermon is POWERFUL,
But the heart is WOUNDED😭😭
You hear the preacher shout, “Praise the Lord!”
But inside they are TIRED, OFFENDED, BROKEN, or BURNT OUT😭😭
They encourage MARRIAGES, while their own is under PRESSURE oooh God 😭😭😭😭
They preach FAITH, while privately battling DOUBT.
They counsel others, while carrying WOUNDS nobody asks about.
They pray for FINANCIAL breakthrough, while they themselves need a FINANCIAL miracle and are afraid of even borrowing from people 😭.
And because they are leaders, they feel they must always be STRONG.
But God is not impressed by PERFORMANCE without HEALING.
Elijah called FIRE from heaven,
Yet later collapsed under EMOTIONAL exhaustion. (1 Kings 19)
Paul confessed:
“We were burdened beyond measure, above strength…” (2 Corinthians 1:8)
Meaning — even great men of God also BLEED.
⚠️ HURT leaders end up hurting people.
When wounds are ignored, they leak through:
ANGER, CONTROL, HARSH WORDS, PRIDE, and MANIPULATION.
God cares about the SHEPHERD, not just the SERMON.
Healing is not WEAKNESS — it is WISDOM.
Rest is not LAZINESS — it is OBEDIENCE.
Even Jesus WITHDREW to pray and rest.
You don’t have to BLEED publicly to prove you’re ANOINTED.
You can’t keep pouring when the CUP is CRACKED.
🛠️ Fix the cup first.
🙏 Pray for your Pastor — they are also HUMAN.
