We all start out with great ideas, but as people grow older, those dreams often fade. When l was 16, a man in his sixties told me why: "Kura uone" "Khula uzibonele".... grow up and you will see for yourself.

By 19, Prince Matsatsira and I started meeting at least once a week by the bridge to talk about the future. One day, l asked him, "Out of all the people our age, how many CEOs do you think there are?"
