"Introducing the Score Value System, a game-changing approach to calculating points in the Quad Series Format.

This innovative system ensures that every kick counts, making each match more thrilling and unpredictable. Let's take the HiPP/Quad 4 format as an example.

In this scenario, two teams are tied 1-1 after regular time, sending the match to the Quad 4 stage. In Quad 4, each team takes 8 kicks to determine the winner. But here's the exciting part: each successful kick is assigned a Score Point Value of 0.25 points.

This means that every kick has significant value, and teams must perform well in every attempt to maximize their points. The team with the highest total Score Point Value at the end of each's 8 kicks wins the match and is awarded 2 points.

Note that once the 2 points are awarded, even if the team missed some points, the scored points will not contribute to the log standing as fractions or decimals. However, the losing team's fractions and decimals will add to their log standing.

But that's not all. In the event of a draw in Quad 4, the match proceeds to Twinkicks. In Twinkicks, each team takes 2 kicks, and each successful kick is worth 1 point.

If a team scores in Twinkicks, they earn 1 point, regardless of the outcome of the second kick. And if the opposing team misses both shots, the scoring, team is awarded 2 points.

The Score Value System is not limited to the Quad Series Format. In various game formats, such as Octopus, MiffGlobal, HiPP, and ATE, teams can earn points based on their performance, even if they don't win the game.

Here's a breakdown:

- In Octopus, scoring 2 goals earns a team 1 point.
- In MiffGlobal, scoring 3 goals earns a team 1 point.
- In HiPP, scoring 4 goals earns a team 1 point.
- In ATE, scoring 5 goals earns a team 1 point.

This scoring system rewards teams for their achievements, encouraging them to strive for excellence, regardless of the outcome.

1. OPAQUE DECISION-MAKING The Association's process for selecting the winner appears unclear, sparking doubts about the credibility of the outcome.

2. POTENTIAL CORRUPTION:
The absence of a name and the mention of "persistent corrupt practices with impunity" suggest that external factors might have influenced the result.

3. FINANCIAL MISMANAGEMENT The Association's claim of lacking funds could be a smokescreen or evidence of poor financial management.

To address these concerns and restore credibility, the Association should:

1. RELEASE THE SCORESHEET
Provide transparency by sharing the detailed scoresheet from the competition.

2. INVESTIGATE ALLEGATIONS*: Conduct an internal investigation into the corruption claims and financial management.

3. COMMUNICATE WITH STAKEHOLDERS Engage with members, sponsors, and the public to address concerns and rebuild trust.

Furthermore, it's essential to consider the cultural significance of the winning design. Does "Gallant" truly reflect the nation's cultural heritage? What criteria were used to formulate the design philosophy?

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY AND CULTURAL SIGNIFICANCE
As seen in examples like South Africa's Bafana Bafana or Sundowns' Botho, a design caption can remain consistent even as the style or cut of the jersey changes. Therefore, careful consideration is necessary when selecting a design that represents the nation's cultural identity.
