Too often, customer interactions feel like ticking boxes: ask, answer, transact, move on. But real service? It’s about people, not paperwork.
When I sit down with a client, my only goal isn’t just to make the sale and hand over keys — it’s to understand what they really need. Sometimes that means presenting options they hadn’t even thought of, but which end up being the perfect fit for their lifestyle or business.
That’s where I believe in being a Trusted Advisor:
• Listening to what matters most to the client.
• Offering solutions that go beyond the obvious thereby opening up new possibilities.
• Matching them with the right product so they get maximum usage and enjoyment.
• Building a relationship that lasts long after the purchase.

🍼➡️🚗 From milk machines to Mercedes manuals — this mama is multitasking like a boss.

Coming off a maternity leave that felt more like a bootcamp (minus the sleep), I dove headfirst into a new job at ZIMOCO while exclusively breastfeeding at home and pumping like a dairy queen at work.

Between learning the ins and outs of Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, Jeep, GWM, and Haval, I’ve also mastered the art of discreet pumping, ninja-level time management, and pretending I didn’t just spill breastmilk on my blazer.

Motherhood and motors? Turns out I can do both — with a little caffeine, a lot of grace, and a baby who thinks my car keys are a chew toy.

To all the moms juggling bottles and brands: you’re not just surviving, you’re shifting gears and thriving.
