*CHAPTER* 23

*FADZI*

It's been five years since Irene's visit to our home in South Africa. A lot has changed since then. Nkululeko and I have welcomed our twins, two beautiful girls named Amahle and Akua. They're the light of our lives, and we're grateful for the blessing of our three children.

Irene has been working hard to redeem herself. She's been volunteering at a local orphanage and has even started her own charity to help women and children in need. Ivy has been supporting her every step of the way, and it's clear that Irene is genuinely seeking forgiveness and redemption.

Nkululeko and I have been praying about forgiving Irene, and we've come to realize that forgiveness is not for her, but for us. Holding onto anger and resentment has only hurt us, and we're ready to let go.

We've invited Irene to visit us again, and this time, we're ready to forgive her and welcome her into our lives. It won't be easy, but we're willing to take the first step towards healing and reconciliation.

As we sit down to dinner together, I can feel the tension in the air. But as we start to talk and share our stories, I can sense the ice beginning to thaw. Nkululeko takes Irene's hand, and I can see the tears in his eyes.

"I forgive you, Mother," he says, his voice trembling. "I forgive you for everything."

Irene bursts into tears, and Ivy wraps her arms around her, holding her close. I can feel the weight of forgiveness lifting off our shoulders, and I know that we're on the path to healing and redemption.

As we finish dinner and the evening comes to a close, I look around at the people I love. We've been through so much, but we've made it through together. And as I look at Irene, I know that she's finally found her place in our family - as a mother, a sister, and a friend.

As we were still.gathering around the table ,Ma Ivy began to pray ,with a voice that was full of compassion and love .

"Dear God,we come before you tonight with grateful hearts, " we thank you for the gift of forgiveness and for tye opportunity to heal and reconcile ."

Irene began to sob ,and Nkululeko wrapped his arms around her, holding her close .

"We pray for Irene ,dear God,we pray that you will continue to guide her and direct her and that you will give her the strength and courage she needs to continue on her journey. "

As we prayed, i felt a sense of peace wash over me. I knew that we still had a long way to go but i also knew that we were on the right path

After the prayer, we hugged each other tightly, holding onto the love and forgiveness that we had shared.

As we said our goodbyes and headed off to bed, I knew that this was just the beginning of a new chapter in our lives. A chapter filled with love, forgiveness, and redemption.

Epilogue:

It's been ten years since we forgave Irene and welcomed her back into our lives. Our family is thriving, and we've added two more children to our brood. Irene has become an integral part of our family, and we're grateful for her love and support.

Ivy has also found happiness again. She's married to Elder Ncube, a widower from Bulawayo, and they're enjoying their life together. They're a beautiful example of how love can bloom again, even in later years.

Ian has moved to Canada with his family, where new opportunities have opened up for them. We're proud of the man he's become and the life he's built for himself.

UZulu and my father have become the best of friends since they met at the twins' birth. They often spend hours talking and laughing together, and it's wonderful to see them enjoying each other's company.

As I look back on our journey, I realize that forgiveness is not always easy, but it's always worth it. It's a choice we make every day, to let go of anger and resentment and to choose love and compassion instead.

And as I look at Nkululeko, I know that our love has only grown stronger through the trials and tribulations we've faced. We're grateful for every moment we've shared, and we look forward to many more years of love, laughter, and adventure together.

THE END

Beautifully said!

Thank you to all my wonderful readers who have joined me on this journey of "Mother-inlaw: Her Love". I hope you've enjoyed the story and learned something valuable about the power of forgiveness, love, and redemption.

I'm grateful for your support and encouragement throughout this journey. Your feedback and comments have meant the world to me, and I'm so glad that I could share this story with all of you.

Remember, forgiveness is not always easy, but it's always worth it. Let's choose to let go of anger and resentment, and instead, choose love and compassion.

And let's not forget the important lessons we've learned along the way: that greed and evil are never the answer, and that only love and light can truly bring us peace and happiness.

Thank you again, dear readers, and I look forward to sharing more stories with you in the future!

Best regards,

*Chapter* 22

Five years had passed since that fateful night on the hill. Ivy and Irene sat in the church's courtyard, sipping tea and chatting like old friends. Ivy had forgiven Irene for her past transgressions, and Irene had spent the past five years seeking redemption and salvation.

"I'm so grateful to have found my way back to God," Irene said, her eyes shining with tears. "I was so lost, Ivy. I was consumed by my own ambition and greed."

Ivy reached out and took Irene's hand. "We all make mistakes, Irene," she said. "But it takes courage to admit them and seek forgiveness. You've come a long way, and I'm proud of you."

Irene smiled, feeling a sense of peace and closure. "I couldn't have done it without your forgiveness, Ivy," she said. "You showed me that there's always hope for redemption, no matter how far we've fallen."

As they chatted, the church's doors opened, and a group of people filed out. They were all smiling and chatting, and Irene's eyes lit up with excitement.

"What's going on?" she asked Ivy.

"It's our new outreach program," Ivy replied. "We're reaching out to the community, spreading the word of God and helping those in need."

Irene's face lit up with a smile. "I want to be a part of it," she said. "I want to help others find their way back to God, just like I did."

Ivy smiled, nodding in approval. "I think that's a wonderful idea, Irene," she said. "Welcome to the team."

*Irene*

I looked at Ivy,we were now after the service .
"Why are you looking at me ?" She asked

Me: im sorry once again my sister,im sorry i.was so envious of your life ,my greed, jealousy, destroyed your life, your marriage, you son's life too,im sorry ,i will always apologise till my last breath ,i shouldn't have stolen your life,i shouldn't have destroyed your home ,im sorry

Tears dropped from my eyes ,i was really sorry
I regret doing what i did to my sister .
The evil that i sought ,almost killed me ,if not for Ivy and the Pastor ,i don't know what would have become of me .
They saved me from myself.
I spent the last four years going to therapy.

Ivy hugged me
"Shhhhh ,its okay ,its all in the past ,i love you ,and im glad you are back to me and Ian,Nkululeko loves you ,one way or the other ,sooner or later ,he will come around ", she said

Me: i know but ,look ,he left Zimbabwe because of me ,

Ivy:worry not ,tomorrow lets go there ,UZulu called me ,

I looked down ,im still ashamed, i fed him muti ,just so he could love me ,i pray he takes my sister back ,she deserves to be loved too

Me: what if Zulu wants to renarry you

She laughed,
"Heeeela ,hewena,Zulu has a trolley of women ,and you want me to fight for dick ,nooo please, moreover, Elder Ncube and i are together "

Heeeee i laughter,
"You sly old lady,i knew it ,those prayers nxiiii, but both of you deserve to be happy"

Ivy: thanks sister,what about you

I looked down ,no man would want to have s*x with someone who was used by an evil entity .
Mighty Zha'thik used me ,his snakes, tokoloshies ,slept with me .

Ivy: its okay ,don't cry ,give yourself time to heal okay

* *A New Beginning*

Nkululeko, Fadzi, and their son Thembelihle had moved to South Africa, settling in the beautiful province of KwaZulu-Natal. They had left behind the painful memories of their past, seeking a fresh start in a new land.

Their home was a cozy little house on the outskirts of Durban, with a stunning view of the Indian Ocean. Fadzi was busy in the kitchen, preparing dinner while Nkululeko played with Thembelihle in the living room.

Thembelihle was growing up fast, a bright and curious child who loved exploring the world around him. Nkululeko and Fadzi were proud parents, grateful for the blessing of their son.

As Fadzi cooked, she couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and anticipation. She was pregnant again, expecting their second child in a few months' time.

Nkululeko came into the kitchen, Thembelihle perched on his shoulders. "Hey, my love," he said, giving Fadzi a kiss on the cheek. "How's dinner coming along?"

Fadzi smiled, rubbing her belly. "It's coming along fine," she said. "And I have some news to share with you."

Nkululeko's eyes lit up with excitement. "What is it?" he asked, setting Thembelihle down on the floor.

Fadzi took a deep breath, a smile spreading across her face. "I'm having twins," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.

Nkululeko's eyes widened in shock, and then a huge grin spread across his face. "Twins?" he exclaimed, scooping Fadzi into his arms. "Oh, my love, we're blessed!"

They kissed passionately.
This was all they had ever wanted,a peaceful life, lots of children.

Just as Nkululeko and Fadzi were celebrating the news of their twins, the doorbell rang. Nkululeko's father, the king, walked in, accompanied by Ivy, Irene, and Ian.

Nkululeko's expression changed immediately. He had not forgiven Irene for her past transgressions, and the sight of her brought back all the painful memories.

"What is she doing here?" Nkululeko asked, his voice cold and angry.

Ivy stepped forward, a look of concern on her face. "Nkululeko, please understand," she said. "Irene has changed. She's found God and is seeking redemption."

But Nkululeko was unmoved. "She stole me from you, Mother," he said, his voice trembling with rage. "She sacrificed Fadzi's pregnancies and tried to sacrifice my family on that hill. I'll never forgive her."

Irene took a step forward, tears streaming down her face. "Nkululeko, please forgive me," she begged. "I was blinded by my own ambition and greed. I didn't know what I was doing."

But Nkululeko turned his back on her. "Get out," he said, his voice cold and unforgiving. "Get out of my house and never come back."

The king stepped forward, a look of sadness on his face. "Nkululeko, my son," he said. "Please try to understand. Irene has changed. She's not the same person she used to be."

But Nkululeko was unmoved. "I don't care," he said. "She's not welcome in my home."

Irene nodded, tears still streaming down her face. "I understand," she said. "I'll leave."

As Irene turned to leave, Ivy reached out and took her hand. "We'll pray for you, Nkululeko," she said. "We'll pray that you'll find it in your heart to forgive Irene."

But Nkululeko just shook his head. "I don't know if I can ever forgive her," he said.

UZulu looked at his son ,he hugged him
"Its okay son, time heals ,im sorry that we brought her here, your mother wants you to fully be happy, without any negativity, and forgiving her,is regaining the happiness you are shutting out ", he said ,squeezing Nkululeko's shoulder .

Nkululeko: not now .

He went back to his wife ,and hugged her
They both cried together, they have healed that much .

Ivy watched this with tears in her eyes ,her son was really hurt .
"Im sorry,i will book into a hotel,be with them, they need you now more than ever,i shouldn't have shown my face to them", Irene said with an apologetic face

Ivy nodded.
Irene entered Zulu's car,and his guards dropped her off at a hotel

*Fadzi*

I'll never forget the day Irene walked into our home. I was cooking dinner, enjoying the quiet evening with my husband and son, when the doorbell rang. Nkululeko's father, the king, walked in with Ivy, Irene, and Ian.

As soon as I saw Irene, I felt a knot in my stomach. I had thought that I had forgiven her, that I had moved on from the pain and trauma she had caused us. But seeing her in our home, smiling and chatting like nothing was wrong, brought it all back.

I felt like I had been punched in the gut. All the memories came flooding back - the pain, the fear, the trauma. I couldn't believe she was standing in my home, acting like she was part of the family.

Nkululeko was hurt too. I could see the pain and anger in his eyes. He had never forgiven Irene for stealing him from his mother, for sacrificing our pregnancies and trying to sacrifice our family on that hill.

Ivy tried to comfort us, to tell us that Irene had changed. But it was hard to believe. We had been hurt too deeply, and the wounds were still raw.

"I know it's hard to forgive, Fadzi," Ivy said, taking my hand. "But Irene is not the same person she used to be. She's found God and is seeking redemption."

I looked at Ivy, searching for answers. Why was she defending Irene? Didn't she know how much we had suffered at her hands?

But Ivy's eyes were filled with compassion and understanding. "I know Irene hurt you, Fadzi," she said. "But she's my sister, and I love her. I want to help her find redemption."

I nodded, feeling a sense of understanding. Ivy was trying to help Irene, to bring her back from the darkness. And maybe, just maybe, it was possible.

I hope one day i will be able to forgive her ,she hurt me a lot .
Ma Ivy and Father Inlaw spent two days with us .
They left .
Ma was going back to Bulawayo with ma Irene and Uncle Ian .

"My love ,i love you very much ,and i thank you for being with me ,through thick and thin ," my husband said ,hugging me from behind .

He kissed me ,and caressed my belly .
"Thank you for giving me Thembelihle ,and the twins ,i can't wait to see them ,im wishing for girls ", he said .
I laughed real hard ,its the same thing my father said when i told him the good news on the phone .
Yaaa ,we are now very close ,and he remarried again, last year ,but this my new step mom is the best ever .She is prayerful person.

"Mama,im hungry", said my little man

I picked him up
"Okay my man,let me feed you"

*Chapter* 21

*Malindidzimu Hill*

Mighty Zha'thik was very angry ,for what was happening at the hill .
But he was never one to accept defeat .
He tore the human heart into pieces ,and gave Irene to eat

"This will make you unstoppable and undefeated, you are my prized one ,you have to conquer STRIKE NOOOOOOWWWWWWW!" ,he roared

Irene's eyes locked onto Mighty Zha'thik, her face twisted in a mixture of fear and determination. She ate the human heart ,and She raised the spear, its tip glinting in the faint moonlight.

Mighty Zha'thik's voice was like thunder, shaking the very foundations of the hill. "Strike now, Irene! Claim your power!"

Irene's arm trembled, but she steeled herself and brought the spear down. Just as it was about to strike Nkululeko's chest, a blinding light illuminated the hill.

The light was so intense that it forced Irene to shield her eyes. When she opened them again, she saw a figure standing before her. It was Ivy, her eyes blazing with a fierce determination.

"You will not harm my son or his family," Ivy declared, her voice steady and firm. "I will not let you."

Irene's face contorted in rage. "You foolish woman," she spat. "You think you can stop me? I have the power of the dark arts on my side!"

Ivy smiled, a calm and peaceful smile. "I have the power of God on my side," she said. "And that is a power that you cannot match."

As the Pastor and the intercessors appeared, praying and calling upon Archangel Michael to fight for them and drive away the evil, the atmosphere on the hill began to shift. The air seemed to vibrate with the power of their prayers, and the darkness that had gathered around Irene and her followers began to recede.

Irene's face twisted in rage as she realized that her plan was being foiled. She raised her hands, and a blast of dark energy shot towards the Pastor and the intercessors. But they stood firm, their prayers and faith protecting them from the attack.

Archangel Michael appeared, his presence shining like a brilliant light. He drew his sword, and with a swift stroke, he struck down the dark energy that Irene had unleashed.

The intercessors cheered, their voices ringing out across the hill. "Praise the Lord!" they cried. "He has given us the victory!"

Irene's face fell, her eyes widening in shock and despair. She stumbled backward, her hands grasping at the air as if searching for something to hold onto.

Mighty Zha'thik let out a deafening roar, his body beginning to dissipate into nothingness. "No!" he bellowed. "You cannot defeat us! We will return!"

And with that, he vanished, leaving Irene and her followers stunned and defeated. The Pastor and the intercessors approached Nkululeko, Fadzi, and Thembelihle, who were still lying unconscious on the ground.

The Pastor laid his hands on them, praying for their healing and protection. Slowly but surely, they began to stir, their eyes fluttering open as they regained consciousness.

Ivy rushed to her son's side, embracing him tightly. "Thank God you're safe," she whispered, tears of joy streaming down her face.

Nkululeko looked up at his mother, confusion written across his face. "What happened?" he asked, his voice weak but determined.

Ivy smiled, her eyes shining with tears. "You're safe now," she said. "That's all that matters."

The Pastor stood over Fadzi,he laid his hands on her and started to pray, he was also praying for Thembelihle, as he had sensed that there was still an evil entity amongst them

The Pastor's voice rang out, his words filled with authority and conviction. "In the name of Jesus Christ, I command you, Mammon and Satan, to come out of Fadzi and Thembelihle! Leave them now, and trouble them no more!"

As the Pastor prayed, Fadzi and Thembelihle's bodies began to contort and twist, their eyes rolling back in their heads. A low, guttural growl emanated from their throats, the sound sending shivers down the spines of those watching.

Mammon and Satan, the demons that had taken hold of Fadzi and Thembelihle, were resisting the Pastor's prayers. They did not want to leave their hosts, and they were determined to fight back.

But the Pastor was undeterred. He continued to pray, his voice growing louder and more insistent. "I command you, in the name of Jesus Christ, to come out! You have no authority here! Leave now, and trouble them no more!"

Slowly but surely, the demons began to weaken. Their hold on Fadzi and Thembelihle began to slip, and the two of them began to stir. They looked around, confused, and then their eyes locked onto the Pastor.

Fadzi's eyes widened in shock, and she tried to speak. But her voice was barely above a whisper. "Pastor...what...what happened?"

Thembelihle, who was just a baby, looked up at the Pastor with innocent eyes, as if sensing the love and protection that surrounded him.

The Pastor smiled, his eyes shining with tears. "It is not I who saved you," he said. "It is Jesus Christ, who has set you free from the bo***ge of Satan. You are free now, my children. You are free to serve the Lord, and to live for Him,and i urge you to pray always ,for you have been served but if you don't pray, the demons will come back stronger than before !"

The Pastor Turned to Nkululeko.
Who was vomiting black substances.
He was vomiting everything that he was fed since his childhood by Irene .
She gave him muti to make him her puppet

The Pastor prayed ,holding a bottle of water ,then gave it to him to drink, after drinking the water ,he vomited more .
Ivy was just shedding tears .

Irene was dumbstruck, she was in awe,she was now alone with praying people, all her friends ,and tye sangoma had ran away .
The roundavel, their alter was burning, but she didn't see where the fire had come from

Ivy turned to Irene ,and looked at her without saying anything.

Irene's eyes widened in horror as she watched Fadzi and Thembelihle being freed from the demonic possession. She stumbled backward, her hands grasping at the air as if searching for something to hold onto.

Suddenly, she let out a loud cry and began to vomit. But it wasn't just ordinary vomit. The substances that came out of her mouth were green and red, and they seemed to be alive, writhing and twisting like snakes.

The Pastor and the others watched in shock and disgust as Irene continued to vomit, her body convulsing with each heave. Finally, she collapsed to the ground, her eyes rolling back in her head.

The Pastor rushed to her side, praying over her and commanding the demons to leave her alone. But it was too late. Irene's body began to contort and twist, her limbs elongating and twisting in ways that seemed humanly impossible.

The Pastor and the others watched in horror as Irene's body began to take on a demonic form, her face elongating into a snout-like shape, her eyes glowing red with an otherworldly energy.

"It's too late," the Pastor whispered, his voice filled with sadness and regret. "She's been consumed by the very evil she sought to wield."

As Irene's body continued to twist and contort, the Pastor and the others backed away in horror. They had never seen anything like this before, and they didn't know how to react.

Irene's face was no longer recognizable, her features distorted by the demonic energy that had taken hold of her. Her eyes glowed with an otherworldly light, and her voice was now a low, menacing growl.

The Pastor raised his hands, praying for Irene's soul. "Lord, have mercy on her," he whispered. "Save her from the clutches of evil."

But it was too late. Irene's body had been completely consumed by the demonic energy, and she was now a vessel for the evil that had taken hold of her.

As the Pastor and the others watched in horror, Irene's body began to rise into the air, her limbs twisting and contorting in ways that seemed impossible. She let out a loud, blood-curdling scream, and then she vanished into thin air.

The Pastor and the others were left standing alone on the hill, stunned and shaken by what they had just witnessed. They knew that they had to get back to the church and pray for Irene's soul, hoping that it was not too late to save her from the clutches of evil.

Fadzi was dumbstruck, she was crying, crying for her mother-inlaw 's actions, crying for what she had gone through

Chapter* 20

Only those strong in spiritual warfare can withstand what was happening in Irene's house .
Mammon ,was making a growling sound ,that was deafening to the ears ,but Ivy wasn't backing down ,
She had an ancestral calling that was turned ,she wanted nothing to do with earthly gods, she wanted to serve the Real God ,she then went to be tutored by a Christian Prophet on how to pray.
All her life ,she suffered in the loony bin ,and now that her brother helped her out,she was keen on saving her son and his family.
She took Nkululeko and Fadzi's wedding picture that was on the walls .
She placed it on the floor and knelt down ,the church members and the Pastor joined her ,they raised their hands on the picture.
The air was thick with tension ,as they prayed ,their voices rising and falling in a desperate plea for protection.

"Archangel Michael, we call upon your power and protection, we command you to Protect The Zulu family ,protect Nkululeko, Fadzai and Thembelihle their son, whatever battle ,whatever force that is fighting against their lives ,send your power and protect them ,send your shield of light to keep them safe from harm and eveil ,fight this battle for them on our behalf ,let the forces of darkness be defeated and let the light of God prevail, "

As they prayed the atmosphere in the room began to change ,a warm golden light seemed to emanate from the photographs, filling the space with a sense of peace
A faint whispering echoed through the room ,the words indistinguishable but the malevolent intent ckear .
Mammon 's powers were stirring ,sensing the prayers and the protection that Archangel Michael was offering.
But the Pastor ,Ivy ,Ian and the church members refused to back down.
They continued to pray, their voices growing louder, and more insistent .
The battle between light and darkness was raging on ,but they were determined to win .

The Pastor was chanting _YES LORD,YES FATHER OOOOOH THANK YOU MY LORD_

When his voice died down,he commanded a few of the intercessors to follow him ,together with Ivy and Ian .
They entered their separate cars ,and followed the Pastor who was driving off ,leading the way to God knows where

Malindidzimu Hill*

Many people wearing black robes ,except for Irevne ,she had a red one on ,they were circulated around Nkululeko, Fadzi and Thembelihle 's bodies which were placed on a alter ,with red liquid and black powder sprinkled on them .
They were singing a song for the ritauls

In the dead of night, we gather round
To summon forth the powers that we've found
In ancient tomes, and forbidden lore
We'll unlock the secrets, that we've been looking for

Invoke the darkness, let the shadows rise
We'll dance with demons, and open our eyes
To the mysteries of the night, and the power that it holds
We'll surrender to the darkness, and let our spirits unfold

With candles burning, and incense in the air
We'll call upon the spirits, that we've learned to share
Their power and wisdom, will guide us on our way
As we embark on this journey, through the darkness of the day

Invoke the darkness, let the shadows rise
We'll dance with demons, and open our eyes
To the mysteries of the night, and the power that it holds
We'll surrender to the darkness, and let our spirits unfold

In the silence, we'll find the truth
In the darkness, we'll discover our youth
We'll shed our skin, and let our spirits soar
As we invoke the darkness, and ask for more

Invoke the darkness, let the shadows rise
We'll dance with demons, and open our eyes
To the mysteries of the night, and the power that it holds
We'll surrender to the darkness, and let our spirits unfold

They sang this song dancing around three unconscious people .
This song helped them to invoke the dark powers to grant them.their desires .

The Sangoma ,Irene's inyanga ,raised the spear in the air,and started to chant ancient words .
He handed it Irene ,her face was as hard as a stone .
She had no emotion .
And she couldn't afford to loose her cool, she had waited for this day all her life ,to use Uzulu's royal blood for her sinister plans .
Nkululeko's father is from a Royal family ,and this was an added advantage to Irene .
Now she can access all the powers she needed.
To become a very successful and powerful Mayor ,she has always been ambitious, she wanted more from the elements of life ,and now was her time.

She looked at the spear ,then raised it in the air three times
Three times symbolised Authority in the dark realm
She raised it again in the air, ready to strike ,but she struggled to move ,her face contorted in a mixture of confusion and frustration.
It was as if an unseen force was blocking her way .

Suddenly, the air was filled with the sound of praying voices ,carried on the wind .
She closed her ears,as she continued to hear voices pf people praying.

She turned to a calabash and screamed
"Mammon do something nowwwwwwwww!!!!!"

The Inyanga commanded the people to sing louder and cause disruption in the spirit realm .
They started to sing and dance ,the sky ,turned more black, the stars dissappeared
And Mighty Zha'thik, appeared, carrying a human heart that was dripping of blood ............

Mighty Zha'thik: Irene
_his voice was more of an angry roar_
"Strike nowwwwwwwwww!!!!!"

He commanded and Irene........
