-thanked the President for availing time to hear the concerns of PWDs and to interact with them.

-Grateful for President Mnangagwa's leadership as Government is working on providing for the needs and requirements of PWDs
-the National Disability Policy is key towards promoting the rights of PWDs
-PWDs are being assigned to key positions, sighting the example of ZEC Commissioner Shava, amplifying Govt's commitment to leaving No One and No Place behind
-encouraged unity among PWDs. Let us work together and leave no room for divisions
-Soon we will ask the President to officiate at an interaction with all PWDs from all provinces.

Zimbabwe is promoting disability inclusion through:
-Developing a SADC-wide Protocol on Disability Rights;
-Aligning budgetary processes with the national disability policy; and
-Improving services for people with disabilities.

Zimbabwe also participates in the commemoration of The International Day of Persons with Disabilities, which is observed on December 3 each year.
