Here’s a simple 15-minute ritual I give my clients:

🕑 2 mins – Vision
Close your eyes, picture December 31st.
What story do you want this week to tell in that future snapshot?

💙 3 mins – Values
Write one sentence on how today will honour your core value (integrity, empathy, excellence—pick one).

🏆 10 mins – Victory
Choose the single result that, if completed by Friday, would make the week a win.
Block the first calendar slot for it. Non-negotiable.

A few years ago, I walked into a corporate office to begin a leadership coaching program.
The talent was incredible. The results were solid.

But something wasn’t right…

✨ Talented people were silent in meetings.
🔥 Bright minds were afraid to challenge ideas.
💼 Team members were surviving — not thriving.

When I sat down with the leadership team, I asked one question:
“What culture are you really building here?”

Leadership isn’t just about vision boards, targets, and strategy sessions.
