Yet another episode: We had the privilege of facilitating an impactful 2 days - TOP pCOS Hardware "Customer care coaching workshop", led by Alex Marufu, Ma'am P Mbawana, Mr. Method Sithole and Mrs. B Marufu. The event featured engaging discussions, role-playing, reflections, and assignments, all aimed at enhancing customer care standards.

Hosted at Touchwood Lodges in Kwekwe. 29 participants were proudly recognized during the certification ceremony, along with special acknowledgment for Mr. and Mrs. Shumba (the company directors) for their visionary leadership in prioritizing workforce empowerment.
