Ingredients:
âĸ 1 frozen banana
âĸ 1/2 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, or mixed)
âĸ 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
âĸ 1/4 cup almond milk (or your favorite milk)
âĸ 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
âĸ Toppings: granola, sliced fruits, chia seeds, coconut flakes, nuts
Instructions:
1. Throw the frozen banana, frozen berries, Greek yogurt, and almond milk into a blender. Blend until itâs smooth and creamy.
2. Taste it! If you want it sweeter, add a bit of honey or maple syrup.
3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and smooth the top with a spoon.
4. Sprinkle on your favorite toppings for extra crunch and flavor.
