-soak 15mnts,. Wash & drain
Oil/coconut oil-2tbls
Onion-2medium
Ginger-3inch

Chilli-8-10
-crush togather

Lemon juice-1/2
Garam masala-1/2tsp

Mint & coriander-hand full
-cook high flame for 1whistle,then 20mnts low flame
