Its quite surprising to see moms panicking as their tiny little girls getting periods at just 10..
Dear mothers few things you can do & not do so that their mental & physical health is in perfect balanced.

1)Give lot of love & warmth to your girl.
2) You need to add Dates, Bananas , Chicken, bone soup & healthy sweets into their diets its mandatory to addgood calories truth food which are debts in nutrition.
3) Let them take rest as much as they want
4) Drinking lots of Water, Rose Milk, Butter milk, rich Soups made with dal & vegetables are good. do not cut calories if they are overweight..Or put them on salads , the are cold, cold food with not help uterus in any way.
5) Let them wear socks to keep the internal environment warm.
6) Dont take them to dietitian to reduce weight they are still kids..Do not criticise them on their appearance,cloths, pimples / acne are normal educate them.
They are beautiful the way they are..
This will not obly build lasting relationship with her but she will love you more !
