What brings you to practice alternative healing?

My Ans - My Postpartam depression in 2013

As every young mother even I was hit by it very badly resulting in feeling insecure , worthless & i could not handle it which resulted in me running close relationships i messed up big time..still Regret.
As a doctor, I never felt so helpless..
I decided to calm my mind & take charge of the situation, could have never done with my family support.
I learned Reiki Healing, which helped me a lot to heal my mind & also got answers to my situation.
Then, the quest to learn subconscious mind i entered a big organization which taught subconscious mind & its power. in year 2014 my journey to hypnotherapy world started then there was no looking back .
Now, I not only take sessions in person & online but also train students worldwide.

Lets talk about a negative mindset someone asked how to overcome that so here it is...😇

Overcoming a negative mindset requires a combination of self-awareness, mindset shifts, and intentional habits.
Here's how you can break free from negativity pattern

Self-Awareness is imp
Identify negative thoughts & Recognize when you're thinking negative thoughts, and challenge their validity.its not difficult but you can do it with practice..

Reflect on the root causes of your negative mindset, such as past experiences, trauma. You may want to take a help of a hypnotherapist to heal the root .
Accept and validate your feelings, rather than suppressing or denying them.

Remember, overcoming a negative mindset takes time, effort, and patience. Be gentle with yourself eeaw and don't give up.

Topic. ACCEPTING YOUR SHADOW SELF THROUGH DREAMS
Successfully completed this webinar on 1st Oct2021 6.30pm on a community which brings people together to heal & restore.
An amazing platform forc all healers & therapist to share their knowledge.
I was truly greatfull to the entire team for giving me this opportunity to share my knowledge.

Sharing few things that I spoke..😇
In some some cultures ,Dreams are the messages from God.
I remember me dreaming since I was very little.i use to forget them after getting up & i never discussed with anyone,cuse I use to think I am the only one to get it & no body else does..😁
And in school there was no topic about dreams,Untill I grew up and started to watch Bollywood movies. The hero would watch himself becoming a star in his dream & then he would achieve it at the end of the movie.😄 So i started to believe that early morning dreams turn out to become true.
I actually learned about dreams while learning (Clinical Hypnotherapy)with EKAA Foundation & was fascinated to know how we get them,  where they come from & how can we use them to decode our exact state of mind.
Decoding a dreams help us find our greatest resource, since they are metaphorical onces we decode them correctly it can solve many mysteries of our life.

Types of dream cycle
If we sleep for 6 hours divide it in 2 hrs each
1) Processing Dreams ( 1st 2 hrs) Everything that is happend in that day 2) Predictive Dreams ( Middle 2 hrs) If you don't take action now it can be true
3) Venting Dreams ( last 2 hrs of getting up)
You don't need/ throwing out the unwanted thoughts.The opposite will be true.
