As Scifiniti Publishing expands its journal portfolio and global reach, we’re looking for passionate, detail-driven professionals to join our team and help strengthen the way research is published, communicated, and experienced.
Open Roles:
1) Managing Editor (Remote)
Lead end-to-end editorial workflows for assigned journals—ensuring timely processing, rigorous quality control, and strong adherence to ethical publishing standards (e.g., COPE). You’ll manage peer review coordination, author communication, integrity checks, and production readiness.
2) Administrative Assistant (Publishing Operations - Onsite)
Support day-to-day documentation, coordination, and communication across our journal portfolio. You’ll help keep workflows organised and on track—supporting formatting, reporting, meeting/webinar materials, and routine follow-ups from manuscript intake to publication support.
3) Multimedia Designer (Onsite)
Create high-impact digital and print assets—scientific illustrations, promotional videos, social media graphics, and interactive layouts—to enhance the global visibility of published research and strengthen the Scifiniti brand.
