The first half of 2026 saw continued growth across revenue and profitability, with Identity Solutions remaining a key driver of performance.

This momentum was supported by increased government programme volumes, new international contracts and the continued expansion of our capabilities.

With a strong balance sheet and no debt, we remain focused on investing in the areas that matter most to our long-term growth, including secure identity solutions and the opportunities ahead.

e7 Group delivered a strong first-half performance and continued growth in the second quarter, reflecting the progress of our identity-led strategy and the resilience provided by the Group’s complementary capabilities.

Revenue increased 22.8% in H1 2026 to AED 358.2m, led by 47.5% growth in Identity Solutions, while EBITDA grew by 51.9% to AED 79.0m in H1 2026, reflecting improved operating leverage.

Net profit after tax nearly doubled to AED 61.0m, with a margin of 17.0%, supported by stronger operating performance and lower warrant fair-value loss. In Q2, net profit after tax grew by 184.9%.

Our continued performance and debt-free balance sheet leaves us well positioned to invest selectively in growth, while maintaining a disciplined approach to capital allocation and long-term shareholder value.

سجلت مجموعة e7 أداءً قوياً في النصف الأول من العام، مع مواصلة النمو خلال الربع الثاني، بما يعكس التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ استراتيجيتها التي تركز على حلول الهوية، إلى جانب متانة نموذج أعمالها وتكامل قطاعاتها المختلفة.

ارتفعت إيرادات المجموعة بنسبة 22.8% خلال النصف الأول من عام 2026، لتصل إلى 358.2 مليون درهم إماراتي، مدفوعة بشكل رئيسي بنمو إيرادات قطاع حلول الهوية بنسبة 47.5%، مع ارتفاع الأرباح قبل الفوائد والضرائب والاستهلاك والإطفاء بنسبة 51.9% لتصل إلى 79.0 مليون درهم، بما يعكس تحسن الرافعة التشغيلية لدى المجموعة.

كما ارتفع صافي الربح بعد الضريبة خلال النصف الأول بما يقارب الضعف ليصل إلى 61.0 مليون درهم، مع هامش صافي ربح بلغ 17.0%، مدعوماً بتحسن الأداء التشغيلي والانخفاض الكبير في خسائر تعديلات القيمة العادلة للضمانات. وخلال الربع الثاني، ارتفع صافي الربح بعد الضريبة بنسبة 184.9%.

وبفضل الأداء المستمر للمجموعة وميزانيتها العمومية الخالية من الديون، تتمتع مجموعة e7 بمكانة جيدة تتيح لها مواصلة الاستثمار بصورة انتقائية في فرص النمو، مع الحفاظ على نهج منضبط في تخصيص رأس المال، بما يسهم في ترسيخ أسس النمو المستدام وتعزيز القيمة طويلة الأجل للمساهمين.
