Too Precious to Be Broken

Like morning mist upon the glass,
Like dew that clings to velvet grass,
You are a breath, a silent light,
That shimmers in the deepest night.
The world is forged in iron and stone,
With heavy winds that chill the bone,
But in your core, a gentle spark,
Defies the edges of the dark.
So I will stand, a shield of grace,
To guard the stillness of your space,
For words unsaid and vows unspoken—
You are too precious to be broken

"Between two words"

A world of shadows, dark and deep,
A weight upon my soul to keep.
The tears I've cried, a river's flow,
My heart is aching, full of woe.
Yet there's a light, a guiding star,
A beacon shining from afar.
A glimmer in the darkness found,
Where love and hope are all around.
So I will fight, with all my might,
To find my way into the light.
And though the road may be so long,
I'll keep on singing my sweet song.

In the quiet of the murky deep,
Where shadows drift and secrets sleep,
A seed takes hold in silt and clay,
Far from the golden light of day.
It doesn’t curse the heavy mud,
Or fear the rising winter flood;
It simply knows, within its core,
There’s something it is destined for.
The Art of Rising
Be Grounded: Keep your roots in the earth, knowing that the messy parts of life are often where you find your strength.
Be Pure: Let the chaos wash over you without staining your spirit. Be in the world, but not of its grime.
Be Patient: Every petal opens at its own pace. You cannot rush the bloom of your own soul.
The Bloom
When finally the surface breaks,
And light across the water shakes,
The lotus stands, a crown of grace,
With not a speck of mud in place.
So live like this: through dark and rain,
Transforming every ounce of pain
Into a flower, bright and new—
The world is waiting for your view.

The Hollow Crown
I hold your hand, a heavy prize,
And watch the drifting of your eyes.
A map of places I can’t go,
To depths of you I’ll never know.

You sit beside me, close and still,
Subject to my lonely will.
But like the wind within a cage,
Or ink dried on a hollow page,
You are mine in name alone,
A statue on a borrowed throne.

I have your time, I have your skin,
But find no door to let me in.
The warrior kneels before the blade,
In shadows that the heart has made.

For though you’re here, and though we’re tied,
You are the ghost that lives inside.

The Hollow Echo

The clock is a hammer on a rusted nail,
Marking the seconds where the spirit fails.
It isn't a scream—that’s too loud, too brief—
It’s the slow-motion tectonic of grief.

The Weight of It
The Breath: A liquid weight in the chest,
The Bone: A shivering bird in its nest,
The Mind: A corridor with the lights blown out,
The Heart: A vessel filled with the salt of doubt.

The Architecture of the Void
It’s the color of ash on a Tuesday noon,
The flickering light of a dying moon.
You reach for a hand and you find only air,
A statue of silence in a velvet chair.

"To suffer is human, but to linger is art—
The slow, quiet tearing of a well-mended heart."
It doesn't subside, it just settles in deep,
A guest in your house who refuses to sleep.
No fire to cauterize, no balm for the skin,
Just the endless beginning of what might have been

"Invisible Tears"

The world sees the smile, the practiced curve,
The steady hand, the quiet nerve.
They hear the laughter, bright and clear,
But never see the invisible tear.

It doesn’t fall against the cheek,
Or leave a salt-stained, silver streak.
It doesn't blur the vision’s light,
Or gather in the dead of night.
Instead, it flows within the chest,
Where heavy secrets go to rest.

A river born of silent things—
Of broken hopes and clipped-back wings.
It’s the sigh suppressed before it starts,
The hollow ache in lonely hearts.
A weight that pulls but never shows,
A hidden tide that grows and grows.

No lace can wipe this moisture dry,
No hand can soothe the inward eye.
For some griefs wear a mask so deep,
Only the soul knows how to weep.

A Little Hope
In the quiet corners of a heavy heart,
Where the shadows stretch and pull apart,
There lives a spark, no bigger than a seed,
To give the weary soul the strength it needs.

It isn’t found in a thunderous shout,
Or a sudden light that puts the darkness out;
It’s the steady rhythm of a morning breath,
A quiet "not yet" in the face of death.

Like a single blade of grass through the stone,
Reminding the world it is not alone,
It waits in the silence, patient and small,
To catch your spirit before you fall.

It’s the scent of rain on a dusty street,
The kindness found in a stranger you meet,
The silver lining on a bruised, gray sky,
The stubborn "hello" when you’ve said goodbye.

So hold it gently, this flickering flame,
It knows your sorrow, it knows your name.
For though the winter may be long and cold,
A little hope is a world to hold.

Silent Tears

The world is loud with hollow sound,
Of rushing feet and heavy ground,
But in the corners, out of sight,
A different rain falls through the night.

No thunder rolls, no clouds appear,
To herald in this lonely fear.
Just a salt-trail on a cheek,
The language of the brave and weak.

The Unheard Rhythm
A quiet spill upon the sleeve,
A weight the heart cannot relieve,
A secret kept behind the eyes,
A truth dressed up in thin disguise.

It isn't weakness, though it stays
Within the shadows of our gaze;
It’s simply how the soul finds room
To breathe amidst the gathering gloom.

"The loudest cries are often those that never break the surface of the skin."
So let them fall, these silver beads,
For every heart has silent needs.
To wash away what words can’t say,
Until the light brings back the day.

"Say it before it's too late "

The clock on the wall has a heavy beat,
A rhythm of seconds we can’t repeat.
We hoard our feelings like silver and gold,
Waiting for "someday" to let them unfold.
But "someday" is a ghost that lingers and lies,
While the light slowly fades from the evening skies.
The words that you carry, the ones left unsaid,
Are heavy as stones when the moment has fled.
Reach Out Now
The "I love you" that’s tethered to your tongue.
The "I’m sorry" that’s waited far too long.
The "Thank you" for the quiet, steady grace.
Don’t leave your heart for the silence to find,
Or leave only echoes of "maybe" behind.
Pride is a fortress with windows of glass,
Watching the people and opportunities pass.
Break down the walls, let the honesty through,
Before the distance grows wider for you.
Say it now.
In the breath of the living, in the light of the day,
Before the wind blows the chance away.
For the hardest grief that a spirit can state,
Is the hollow echo of "it’s too late."
