أصدرت حكومة الإمارات مرسوماً بقانون اتحادي بإنشاء وتنظيم الهيئة الوطنية للإعلام، وهي هيئة اتحادية عامة، تتبع مجلس الوزراء، وتهدف إلى توحيد التوجهات والرسائل الإعلامية ومواءمة السياسات الإعلامية على المستوى الاتحادي والمحلي من خلال تنسيق الجهود مع الجهات الإعلامية في الدولة، وتوحيد الخطاب الإعلامي للدولة محلياً ودولياً. The National Media Authority was established under Federal Decree-Law No. (11) of 2025 as a federal public authority affiliated to the UAE Cabinet. The Authority aims to consolidate national media directions and messages, align media policies across federal and local entities through coordinating efforts, and unify the UAE’s media discourse on the national and international levels.

شهد معالي عبدالله بن محمد بن بطي آل حامد، رئيس الهيئة الوطنية للإعلام، انطلاق أعمال النسخة الثالثة من “منتدى هيلي” الذي ينظمه مركز الإمارات للدراسات والبحوث الاستراتيجية بالتعاون مع أكاديمية أنور قرقاش الدبلوماسية، تحت شعار “الخليج عند مفترق طرق: الصراع والتداعيات وتصحيح المسار”.

وحضر معاليه عدداً من جلسات المنتدى ونقاشاته التي تناولت أبرز التحولات والتحديات التي تواجه منطقة الخليج وتداعياتها الإقليمية والدولية.

H.E. Abdulla bin Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamed, Chairman of the National Media Authority, attended the opening of the third edition of the Hili Forum, organised by the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research in collaboration with the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy, under the theme “The Gulf at a Crossroads: Conflict, Consequences and Course Correction.”

His Excellency also attended a number of the forum’s sessions and discussions, which explored key transformations and challenges facing the Gulf region, as well as their regional and international implications.

استقبل معالي عبدالله بن محمد بن بطي آل حامد رئيس الهيئة الوطنية للإعلام، سعادة الدكتور سالم سهيل النيادي، رئيس الهيئة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان.
وبحث الجانبان خلال اللقاء فرص التعاون المشترك، لا سيما في مجال تعزيز الوعي بمبادئ حقوق الإنسان، كما تبادلا وجهات النظر حول الدور المهم للإعلام الوطني في رفع مستوى الوعي المجتمعي وإيصال مفاهيم حقوق الإنسان بصورة مهنية وصحيحة ومسؤولة.


H.E. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamed, Chairman of the National Media Authority, received H.E. Dr. Salem Suhail Al Neyadi, Chairman of the National Human Rights Institution.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed opportunities for cooperation, particularly in raising awareness of human rights principles. They also exchanged views on the important role of national media in enhancing public awareness and communicating human rights concepts in a professional, accurate, and responsible manner.
