أصدرت حكومة الإمارات مرسوماً بقانون اتحادي بإنشاء وتنظيم الهيئة الوطنية للإعلام، وهي هيئة اتحادية عامة، تتبع مجلس الوزراء، وتهدف إلى توحيد التوجهات والرسائل الإعلامية ومواءمة السياسات الإعلامية على المستوى الاتحادي والمحلي من خلال تنسيق الجهود مع الجهات الإعلامية في الدولة، وتوحيد الخطاب الإعلامي للدولة محلياً ودولياً. The National Media Authority was established under Federal Decree-Law No. (11)

of 2025 as a federal public authority affiliated to the UAE Cabinet. The Authority aims to consolidate national media directions and messages, align media policies across federal and local entities through coordinating efforts, and unify the UAE’s media discourse on the national and international levels.

شارك معالي عبدالله بن محمد بن بطي آل حامد رئيس الهيئة الوطنية للإعلام في المؤتمر الدولي الثالث لحوار الحضارات والتسامح المنعقد في أبوظبي تحت عنوان « تأثير الإعلام الجديد والذكاء الاصطناعي على الأسرة والمجتمع ».

وأكد بأنّ التقدّم الحقيقي لا يُقاس بما نمتلكه من تقنيات، بل بقدرتنا على توظيفها بما يخدم الإنسان ويحفظ تماسك الأسرة ويُعزّز استقرار المجتمع، مشدداً على الحاجة إلى بناء خطاب إنساني عالمي يضمن أن تبقى التكنولوجيا في خدمة الإنسان، وإلى إعلام رقمي يُعزّز الحقيقة بدلاً من التضليل، ويُشجّع الحوار بدلاً من الكراهية، ويبني الوعي بدلاً من الفوضى.



His Excellency Abdulla bin Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamed, Chairman of the National Media Authority, participated in the 3rd International Dialogue of Civilization Tolerance Conference, held in Abu Dhabi under the theme: “The Impact of New Media and AI on the Family and Society”.

His Excellency emphasised that true progress is not measured by the technologies we possess, but by our ability to harness them in ways that serve humanity, preserve family cohesion and strengthen societal stability. He underscored the need to build a global, human-centred discourse that ensures technology remains in the service of humanity, and to foster a digital media landscape that promotes truth over misinformation, encourages dialogue over hatred, and cultivates awareness rather than chaos.

احتضنت إمارة أم القيوين جلسة نقاشية نظمتها الهيئة الوطنية للإعلام ضمن الحملة الوطنية للتعريف بمعايير المحتوى الإعلامي، بحضور مسؤولين وممثلين عن الجهات الحكومية، إلى جانب إعلاميين ومؤثرين وصنّاع محتوى وطلبة.

وسلطت الجلسة الضوء على معايير المحتوى الإعلامي بوصفها إطاراً منظماً لصناعة محتوى مسؤول، يعزز الوعي والالتزام، ويدعم بيئة إعلامية احترافية تعكس قيم دولة الإمارات.




Umm Al Quwain hosted a dialogue session organised by the National Media Authority as part of the national campaign to raise awareness of the Media Content Standards, with the participation of officials, government representatives, media professionals, influencers, content creators, and students.

The session highlighted the standards as a framework for responsible content creation, promoting awareness and commitment, and supporting a professional media environment that reflects the UAE’s values.
