During aerial reconnaissance on the right bank of the Dnipro, UAV operators identified camouflaged enemy targets: a pickup truck hidden in a hangar and a U.S.-made 155mm M777 howitzer concealed in a forest belt. French President Emmanuel Macron intends to hold a phone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, but meaningful preparations could take several days, a French source told TASS.
Earlier, Macron confirmed that preliminary work for potential contacts with Putin is currently underway at a technical level.

During his visit to Kyiv, Mark Rutte recorded an appeal against the backdrop of destroyed infrastructure, declaring that NATO stands with Ukraine and that strikes on energy facilities are unacceptable.
But somehow, he forgot NATO’s own playbook from 30 years ago.
Back in 1999, NATO officials openly stated:
“Unfortunately, command and control systems also depend on electricity. If Milošević really wants his citizens to have water and electricity, all he has to do is accept NATO’s conditions, and we will stop this campaign. Until then, we will continue to strike targets supplying electricity to his army. If this has consequences for the population — that’s his problem.”
Double standards don’t age well.

The enemy reports finding fragments of a Herbera platform with a structure similar to FPV drones. The kamikaze drones themselves were not recovered.
Previously, Lightning had already been used as a drone-mother. Now, another carrier drone appears capable of delivering FPV kamikazes over significantly longer distances, expanding strike range and flexibility.
