Remember… this is not love‼️
If the same hands that hold you are also the hands that hurt you…If the same arms that pull you close are the ones that strike you and break you, then understand this clearly: that is not love.
If someone says they love you, yet they tear you apart from the inside…if they crush your confidence, make you feel small, worthless, insignificant—forgive me for saying this, but that is not love.

When the person you love spends more time pointing out your flaws than appreciating your strengths…when they ignore your goodness, your kindness, your effort, your heart—
then that person does not love you.

If the person who swears they care for you is the same one trying to change who you are…
if they manipulate your feelings, twist your thoughts, and play with your mind—then believe me, that is not love, because real love never demands that you stop being yourself.

Someone who truly loves you would never want to erase your personality.They wouldn’t try to dim your light or silence your laughter.They would accept every part of you—your wild moments, your quiet days, your joy, your sensitivity, your strength, your dreams, even your imperfections.

We all have days when we are difficult to love, days when even we struggle with ourselves.
But someone who genuinely loves you will still choose you on those days too.
They will love every version of you—
the strong, the broken, the growing, the confused, the healing, and the hopeful.

Because real love does not hurt, humiliate, or destroy.Real love does not demand that you change your soul to fit someone else’s expectations.Real love accepts, protects, nurtures, and uplifts.✅💯

📌 So remember this,If someone’s love leaves you wounded, empty, afraid, or less than who you were… it was never love in the first place.

To my old self,

I'm sorry for allowing people to hurt you so many times. I'm sorry for all the wrong decisions that you've made because you were not wise enough before. I hope you'll learn to forgive yourself someday. I hope you'll heal from all your trauma. And I hope you've learned from all the mistakes that you've made in the past.

Someday, I hope you'll learn to love yourself after all the heartbreaks that you've been through. I know sometimes it's hard to forget the painful things that happened to you, but it takes time to heal. I hope one day you'll learn to find your worth again. You were too hard on yourself, and you forgot that you were worth it too. One day, I hope you find the happiness that you always deserve.

I want you to know that your past mistakes and traumas don't define who you are. You are more than your wounds and scars. You are more than the number of your heartbreaks. And I hope you always remember that I am so proud of you for being brave enough to stay alive. You are loved, and you are always enough.

Loyalty isn’t proven only by who he doesn’t touch —
it’s proven by where his attention rests, where his energy goes, and who he protects emotionally.

A man who truly chooses one woman doesn’t live half single online and half committed at home.
Because love isn’t multitasking — it’s intention, restraint, and respect shown every single day.

A cheating man hides his betrayal, but God exposes it to protect the woman he’s hurting. 💔

Cheaters are good at covering their tracks.
They lie calmly.
They act normal.
They make you doubt your instincts and question your worth—until you start blaming yourself for the pain you didn’t cause.

But here’s the thing about truth: it doesn’t need to be chased.
When God decides it’s time, kusa itong lalapit sa’yo.

A message you weren’t supposed to see.
A story that doesn’t add up.
A pattern that suddenly becomes clear.
A name that keeps appearing for a reason.

God doesn’t expose betrayal to embarrass you—
He exposes it to remove you from harm.
To stop you from loving someone who is slowly breaking you behind your back.
To save you from a future built on lies.

Sometimes the truth arrives when you’re not even looking for it.
Because when a woman is being disrespected in secret, God makes sure she won’t stay in the dark forever.

If the truth found you, believe it wasn’t an accident.
It was protection.
It was redirection.
It was God saying, “You deserve better than this.”

You don’t beg for honesty—God delivers it.

Being a man is not measured by the amount of smiles or yeses. True courage, lies in discipline and the ability to make the right choices even when temptations arise. It's easy to fight back, but it's hard to hold back—especially if you know you stand for something.

In the end, it's not pride that is admired, but principle. It's not how much a woman's courage is measured, but how much respect for herself and others.

Maging tapat ka at totoo.
Wag na wag kang magsisinungaling sa kanya, kahit hindi ka nakikita at malayo siya.
At wag na wag mo rin sisirain ang tiwala niya.

Dahil once na nasira ang tiwala niya sayo.
Kahit ilan bises mo pang sabihin na magbabago ka na at hindi mo na uulitin.
Nandon parin ang pagdududa at panghihinala niya.
Sasagi at sasagi parin sa isip niya na baka ulitin mo pa.

Hindi naman sa nawala ang tiwala sayo.
Nandon na kase yung takot niyang maloko at iiputan sa ulo.
Na habang siya'y nagpapakatotoo at minamahal ka ng husto.
Dahil kung ikaw din ang nasa kalagayan niya, maiisip mo din ba kung gaano kasakit ang panloloko mo sa kanya.

Di kase biro ang masaktan at maloko ng taong minamahal.
Yung ginagawa mo na ang lahat lahat, dahil ayaw mo siyang mawala.
Pero sa likod pala ng kabaitan at pagtitino mo.
Kabaliktaran pala ito, na patago kang pinagtataksilan at ginagago.
Na inaakala mong siya na'y nagbago!

Hindi lang puso ng asawa mo ang nilalaro mo
—buong pamilya ang winawasak mo,
lalo na ang pamilyang ikaw mismo ang nangarap buuin.

Ang pinakamalupit na tinatamaan sa kalokohan mo ay ang anak mo.
Yung batang dapat ikaw ang unang nagprotekta,
ikaw pa ang unang sumugat.
Ikaw ang dapat maging halimbawa, sandigan,
at ligtas na tahanan ng puso niya
—pero sa ginagawa mo,
ikaw pa ang nagiging dahilan ng trauma paglaki nya.

Kung totoong mahal mo ang asawa at anak mo,
hindi ka aabot sa puntong “natukso”.
Ang taong may respeto sa pamilya niya,
umiwas pa lang sa simula.
Hindi ka biktima ng tukso—may utak ka,
may konsensya ka, at alam mo ang tama at mali.

Ang masakit, alam mong mali pero pinili mo pa rin.
Huwag mong gawing dahilan ang lungkot, stress, o kakulangan.
Dahil sa oras na nag-asawa ka at nagkaanak,

Nakakahiya lang isipin na kung kailan may anak ka na,

—samantalang ang anak mo ang pilit mong tinuturuan ng tama.

Tandaan mo ito:
Darating ang araw na magtatanong ang anak mo
kung bakit sira ang pamilya niya.
At kapag dumating ang araw na ‘yon,
wala kang ibang masisisi kundi ang sarili mo.

Hindi lahat ng sugat naghihilom.
At hindi lahat ng pagkakamali may pangalawang pagkakataon
