Very disappointing experience with Ryanair.

Within just four days, both my outbound and return flights between Paphos and Athens have been significantly delayed.
During the outbound flight, passengers were kept onboard the aircraft for more than three hours with very limited information. We were not allowed to disembark, and after requesting water, I was first told there was none available. When water was eventually brought, passengers were asked to pay for it.
Today, our return flight is delayed again, and once more there is no clear information about when we will depart.
Delays can happen, but poor communication and inadequate passenger care should not.
Ryanair needs to do much better.
