Dubai law protects tenants from wrongful eviction:

🔹 If they do, you can claim compensation for moving costs, higher rent, and other losses.
🔹 Tenants must present proof, such as a new tenancy contract showing re-renting before the allowed period.
🔹 Claims can be filed with the Rental Disputes Centre (RDC).
