I asked my parents, “Why do grandparents love their grandchild so deeply, sometimes even more than their own child? Why are they so quick to spoil them and give everything?”
They looked at me, smiled, and said,
“Because after so many years, we get to meet a little version of you.”

That answer hit me. With teary eyes and a full heart, I finally understood. ❤️

They’re not just loving a child.
They’re loving a memory, a second chance, a softer season of their lives.
