Just watched Karen Davila’s vlog about Del Monte Del Monte Philippines and I’m honestly amazed. 🌱🍍
The way Del Monte values and supports their farmers and employees is something every company should look up to — the benefits, the care, and the respect they give.

What touched me the most was when they said:
“Without the farmers, there is no pineapple. And without them, there is no Del Monte.”
This shows the deep appreciation they have for the people who make everything possible.

I truly hope the Philippine government and other companies will take inspiration from this — to prioritize the welfare of our farmers and all Filipino workers. Del Monte is truly setting an example worth following. 🙌🇵🇭
