أصدرت المحكمة الاقتصادية حكما قضائياً يحمل رقم ١٨ لسنة ٢٠٢٣ بتاريخ ١٨ أبريل ٢٠٢٣، لصالح الفنان الفرنسي بي بي ناصري بوقف عرض فيلم "رمسيس باريس" المقرر عرضه في موسم عيد الفطر المبارك، وذلك لحين حذف مشاهده من العمل.

ومن جانبه أصدر المستشار القانوني ياسر قنطوش المحامي الخاص للفنان الفرنسي بي بي ناصري، بياناً صحفياً أكد فيه حصول على حكم قضائي بمنع عرض فيلم رمسيس باريس، مشيراً إلا أنه سيقوم بإرسال صورة من هذا الحكم للرقابة العامة على المصنفات الفنية لوقف الترخيص الصادر بعرض الفيلم.

وجاء البيان الصحفي كالتالي "حصل بحمد الله مكتبنا صباح اليوم علي حكم قضائي في الدعوي رقم ١٨ لسنة ٢٠٢٣ بتاريخ ١٨/٤/٢٠٢٣ من المحكمة الاقتصادية لصالح الفنان الفرنسي العالمي بيبي ناصري بوقف عرض الأداء الفني العلني في فيلم رمسيس باريس لذلك وقف عرض الفيلم لحين حذف صورته من جميع مشاهد الفيلم وغداً سيتم إرسال صورة رسمية من الحكم للرقابة على المصنفات لوقف الترخيص الصادر بعرض الفيلم وكافة الجهات المعنية لتنفيذ القانون ".
