About the Role:

We’re seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager (10+ years’ experience) with a proven track record of hitting ambitious sales targets with established well-versed network relationships with project procurement / purchasing decision-makers across different organization departments (FEE&E | FFE&E | Facility Management).

This is a pivotal role driving growth of our new, exclusive and exciting premium product portfolio across the UAE and the Middle East.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead the full business development cycle – prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.

- Build strong relationships with procurement & decision-makers in fit-outs, facility management, engineering, construction, real estate, hospitality, healthcare, government, commercial and residential sectors.

- Drive awareness, adoption and sales of our products in current and future projects.

- Collaborate internally and externally to ensure exceptional service delivery.

- Track market trends, regulations, and competitors to keep us ahead.

- Report, adapt, and ensure best-in-class growth strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

- Currently residing in the UAE .

- 10+ years in business development, with experience in facility maintenance, engineering ops, and commercial/residential projects.

- A solid network of senior contacts and ability to influence key decisions.

- Experience launching or promoting new-to-market technical solutions.

- Excellent communicator, negotiator, and presenter.

- Bold, persistent, and results-driven mindset.
